Missing entries and no resolution
I really enjoyed this app at first but multiple entries have been disappearing after logging them. I’ve contacted their support team but they wouldn’t
assist without detailing the exact time and information for each missing entry… which as a sleep deprived mum I can’t provide. It really defeats the purpose of the app if you need to keep some other record elsewhere. Such a shame considering the cost of the subscription which they claim cannot be refunded. Would not recommend.

Ads every time you enter the app
I have 67 ad notifications currently trying to get me to go to Huckleberry Plus or Premium membership. I get bombarded with ads every time I open the app.

If you’re a first time and already overwhelmed and thinking this is a wonderful way to keep up with feeding napping etc I’m still trying to figure out my baby sleep schedule but it seems to keep me on track

App is making you pay but there are 100s of free apps doing the same thing with better interface. Money grabbers and no customer service
Too much money!
I really enjoyed using this app for the free trial but when that ended I don’t think it was worth $14.99 a month at all. If it was like $6.99 or even under $10 I would have considered it but it seems like such a waste of $15 a month!! Please make this cheaper to use monthly because it really did help me get a better idea of my babies nap sweetspots but can’t justify that much money a month :(

So helpful but app is terrible
I love huckleberry!!! It really helped me with my child’s sleep over the past year. HOWEVER, this app really needs work. It is clunky, buggy, and the UI could use some streamlining (for example, when I customize the home page and only want to log sleep I just have a giant open white space where not other columns are). It definitely diminishes my enjoyment of it significantly. Right now, and what prompted me to write this review, is that I’ve logged 2 naps that were close together on a 1-2 nap sweet spot setting and it won’t give me a bedtime. It just says the next nap with an incorrect time. The widget is also buggy. Please fix!!!

Fine for tracking but high subscription cost for basic app functionality
App works decent enough but locking Apple Watch or live events functionality behind a subscription is actually garbage.
The AI they use is also very much a miss for its suggestions. I’ll track everything on spreadsheet rather than use this app again.

Cluttered experience
The app has good bones, lots of very useful functionality. But every time I open it to record something, there’s a new pop up advertising a feature I don’t need, some release that the team’s clearly proud of but all I want to do is make note of things that matter to me. Terribly wrong timing to keep pushing noisy information, looking for alternatives that actually do the job.

super frustrated, this is a great app and it’ll help you so much and suck you in and then all of a sudden it’ll cost a million dollars to keep using. i’m a broke stay at home mom and this saved my sanity with putting my son to sleep not so overtired for 2 weeks and then all of a sudden they said i needed to pay to keep enjoying it. no trial, no warning. so they hook u and then drop u off. great.

Functional
The app is good overall but the improvements to all multiple users to update the child’s information is outdated. Why do the parents/caregiver need the primary information to log in when they can just create a QR code from the primary or all access to be invited to update the app. And label them parent primary secondary caregiver sibling etc. once the child returns to the parent they can ask or just revoke access. I mean it’s kind of a privacy issue to log into someone phone to just update an app. They can get the developer to make these adjustments. I’ve had it for a year to keep track but I will soon get rid of it as he’s in daycare five days a week. And its sole use is the weekend.

UI Missing Key Components
I don’t know how this app has such a high review. The UI is missing key components like recording a diaper that has BOTH a poo and pee in it. The last thing exhausted parents want to do at 2 am is record two separate diapers for poo and pee.

The customizable widget and app help track the important things in minimal clicks. Making tracking your baby’s day super easy even in the busiest of days with multiple kids at different ages.
Love the app, dislike the upgrade options
This is a great app for tracking activity for young babies. I love the simple UI, the ease of the features , etc. I don’t love that you have to upgrade for basic functionality like live activities on the Home Screen and adding widgets. I don’t need the other upgrade features like AI or sleep sweet spots right now and paying extra for basic phone functionality is really really annoying. Please consider making those things out of the box.

I love that I can track and see every feeding. I can compare formula to breastfeeding too. This is a great app for someone that I dealing with a preemie and having to track everything.
First time mom’s life saver
Huckleberry has been a life saver for me as a first time mom. It was recommended to me by two people, one being my best friend who is a first time mom. I’m glad I got the app because it’s helped me keep track of things so that I wasn’t stressing over forgetting. I would definitely recommend to all moms even if it’s not your first rodeo.
