Lost almost all coupons
Coupon selection is just about gone. They took away every coupon that made it worth typing in my phone number… why is Marlboro the ONLY tobacco brand that went from $2 off 2 packs to $.25 for 2 packs? Just close down the app because you’re not far from it.
False Advertising
This app (and company) are deceitful, and are misleading people with their marketing.
Constantly getting worse
Useless at this point. Members used to get 10 cents off a gallon, then it was 7, now it’s 5. Now you don’t earn points on fuel purchases anymore. Redemptions have been cut. The large pizza point redemption has gone up dramatically the past year. Not sure if Hucks is going through cost cutting or what, but it’s no longer even slightly competitive. I buy 60-75 gallons of fuel a week, used to be exclusively at Hucks, but I’ve taken it all to Casey’s at this point. Do better.

Absolute garbage. The one star is generous. Unresponsive and ridiculously ambiguous. Can’t find how to redeem the points without going thru a maze, won’t connect to bank account to use HPay. This app is garbage. Whoever made it should resign in shame

Coupon selection plummeted
It used to offer a plethora of good coupons and options to get things like bonus points. I went from using 4-5 different coupons and that amount had decreased to one. The “app updates” over time has just been a decline in features. This app really turned me into the loyal everyday customer to Hucks and now the app feels like it’s soon to be abandoned.

App mostly works well. Seems like it forgets my 21+ preference?
Main issue is it defaults to Diesel prices on the map and list of stores.
I want to be able to choose regular member price as my default.
Hucks almost always wins my business by a few pennies this way, but because Diesel is more expensive, I didn't go a few times because the map icons only show a price and no type. Not sure when it switched me to Diesel, but :(.
Now I know I can scroll through on each store, buf it's hard while driving. (#ShameOnMe)

Member discount reduction
Why did our member discount go down from 10 cent to 7 cent per gallon? When did this happen? And why were we not informed?
It’s useless, everything is a hoax.
They are scammers, they don’t give you the points that they’re supposed to just want to sell dreams to customers. Don’t trust this company, it’s useless and I want my points
Bad update
Seems like many users are experiencing the same issues. After the update I was forced into I can no longer login. I’ve tried everything so I guess I just lost all my points. Says wrong phone # or password which I’m sure I used correct one and it doesn’t allow me to reset the password. If I try to make a new account it says that email and # are in use. Guess I will buy my gas elsewhere

I love the app! So many coupons that are useful but the problem is every time I try to use a coupon it wouldn’t work. And my points are not showing up on the app but will update me in email. If those problems get fixed, there would be no problems!
Login issues
Been a member since the app opened and also have been an employee at Hucks #308. For some reason it wont let me enter my phone number in on the app at all. Wont let me enter a different number for that matter. It immediately deletes all numbers entered. Would also like to add that email would be the best option for logging in as some customers may change phone numbers and not think to switch it in the app to their current number. Please fix this.

New update is so bad about to delete.
Update is awful
The app was real useful in the past. The recent update is not user friendly. It is hard to navigate. It takes several minutes just to find the coupon to use at check out. I consider myself pretty smart but I began to question this upon using this app. So either I’m just not as quick as I thought or this update is just horrible.

the app recently had an update and logged me out of the app entirely. it will NOT let me
log back in, and the new app continually asks me to turn on notifications despite having them on already, as well as seems to have other bugs throughout. the app brought me to huck’s to be able to use points and now i can’t. if it doesn’t get fixed, i’m going to end up bringing my business elsewhere even though i prefer huck’s

Terrible update
The latest update absolutely killed the app. I used to love the Huck’s Bucks app especially since I have a store less than a mile from my house. I used it every day. With the latest update I got kicked out and can’t log back in. Tried resetting my password and I keep getting an error saying the new password won’t work because it has to be at least 10 characters long. I’ve tried multiple times with different passwords over that and even exactly 10 but it still keeps giving me the same error. If I start a new account now I’ll lose thousands of points I had banked. No thanks. Thanks developers for screwing up something that wasn’t broken.
