Great App
So many nice features I’ll check on my laundry at least 10 times a day. I can fix problems and not even be there start and stop machines. If anyone is having trouble my attendants just call and I take care of everything on my phone.
The only thing I wish it would do is have a two-year comparison on the go so that I could see the same time. Period last year and see our increase in business.
I got new hips Equipment in 24 and we are doing three X times the business that we used to do

Outage prohibiting app from working.
A welcomed visual update but lacks features
While I enjoy the updated user interface, it lacks the features the previous app had. I can no longer scroll to prior days. So without checking each night, I now have to use a browser and log into command, change dates and run a report. Seems easy to just add back the scroll level and right feature to view previous days, weeks, months.
I’d also like to see last 5 machine error history on the machine details view.
