Genuinely helpful

I don’t usually leave reviews. As a creator, this app has been really helpful for drafting ideas and finding inspo on where to start. I think the devs def had some issues before,, but since I’ve downloaded it, I’ve been able to access and save videos and scripts easily. It saves me SOO much time and I don’t have to constantly be online, when I already am for my job.

One of the things we wanted HUGE to do was take a video you find somewhere like Instagram and turn it into something actually useful, instead of it just disappearing into your saved folder forever. Being able to transcribe it, pull out the useful parts, and then send it straight into Notion makes the whole process feel a lot more practical. Really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, especially calling out the script side of the app. We’ve got a lot more we want to do here, so hopefully it keeps becoming an even bigger part of your content workflow.

Hey denizbody, you were right to be frustrated with the version you tried. We had some pretty serious issues with the earlier version of HUGE, and ultimately we made the decision to rebuild a huge part of the app rather than keep patching something we weren’t happy with. The app today is dramatically different from the version you reviewed in July. We’ve rebuilt the core experience, fixed a lot of the reliability issues, and put a huge amount of work into making the features actually useful and dependable. We’d genuinely love the chance to make this right. If you’re open to trying HUGE again, please reach out to us through support and mention this review. We’ll happily give you a free trial so you can see what’s changed without having to pay for it. Either way, thanks for calling us out at the time. Reviews like this weren’t fun to receive, but they were part of the reason we knew we needed to do better.

ZERO STARS: The App doesn’t work.

I can’t create an account. Can’t use it at all. A waste of time and money.

Hey ATLCelebrity, you were completely right to be frustrated with this. If you couldn’t even create an account, then we failed at the most basic part of the experience. That version of HUGE had some serious issues, and rather than keep trying to patch it, we ended up rebuilding a large part of the app from the ground up. Account creation, onboarding and the core experience have all been reworked since then, and the app is in a very different place now. We’d genuinely love the chance to make this right. Definitely vibe coded

A lot of functionalities in the app do no work. I pasted a channel to view the videos and nothing shows. Worst $20 I have ever spent.
