Why am I being charged $7??? I never signed up for that? That being said how do I cancel the stupid thing 🤷🏻
If it only worked all the time
This app as compared to the standard Hughes app is much better as the standard one doesn’t even work at this time. However, that said, there are times when this app totally stalls and doesn’t show accurate data usage. There was a time when there was no connectivity whatsoever with my iPhone and the app and the actual modem itself. I finally had to delete the application and reinstall it several times before it finally recognized the system and provided me a new up-to-date accurate account of what data was left. During the same time I was unable to purchase tokens and see used etc.
Overall it is a good app however things like the widgets and other things shown on the app would be nice if they were actually functional.

The status meter works well on my iPad mini and iPod, but...do not use VPN—it will screw up the status meter accuracy and time frame posted.

Exactly what you need!
I don't understand the one star reviews on this app. It works exactly as advertised. The data usage updates immediately and the Meter screen gives you a perfect snapshot of how much data you have left as well as how long until your monthly cycle resets. The token buying process is quick and easy. There are 4 of us in the family, we all have this app on our phones and it works perfectly for all of us. Great tool. If you have Hughes Net I highly recommend this app.

This app makes monitoring my home data so much more convenient. Just a tap of the app and I have visibility and can even order tokens as needed.
Stopped working
I loved this app and used it constantly, right up until it froze up and quit working a couple of days ago!! I've tried deleting it and reloading it from the cloud, to no effect.

This shows me how much data I have left at any given time so I can plan my usage accordingly.
Why would I be asked to write a review??
My only idea about this service, and the meter, is that all of this has been designed by someone in an urban setting. I would like those involved with Hughes net to cut their high speed internet for a month and rely on Hughes net and ask themselves to write a review. This might be much more informative than doing a tally survey..
