This is a scam
My camera was working for a couple of weeks and then just stopped. I tried resetting it and it just never connects to any server they have. Iāve sent 10 emails over the course of 5 months and no reply with a resolution at all. They havenāt contacted me or fixed the servers so that I can actually view the camera feed.

Worst decision I made
I got a new phone and now the device wonāt connect. This has been happening for over 3 months. I emailed the support and no one ever response. I need my money back for something that actually works. š
Very Flaky Connection
Iām using this app on an iPhone XR and my wife an iPhone 8. Half the time pulling up the live feed doesnāt work at all. It might be less than half honestly. When weāre home itās slightly more reliable, but not much better.
Update to iOS 13.2.2
This need a update to IOS 13.2.2 . The camera donāt allow me to see my previous recordings
NEEDS AN UPDATE, NOW.
Bought the camera and set it up. It worked for all of one day. Next day, I couldnāt get the app to stop force closing. I deleted it and reinstalled it 3x, tried on my iPad, updated the software on my phone and tried again. Nothing. Very sad that I canāt check on my puppy when Iām away from home. Please fix this ASAP. Wouldnāt recommend. Just pay the extra and get a good camera with a good app that works.

Used to be much better!
Iāve had these cameras for well over a year. I used to LOVE them! Even bought 6! Recently I have a hard time even getting any to load to view and my alerts have gone crazy. Even with nothing taking place, it will alert me every 3 or 4 minutes. Super frustrating!! Iāve ended up unplugging 4 out of the 6 cameras. I might end up throwing them in the trash. Second guessing now why I didnāt buy Nest. This app is terrible now days.

Doesnāt stay connected
The app is worthless. More poor quality garbage from China. Donāt waste your money. I use it for my newborn kittens and it always disconnects after a few minutes making it worthless. I wish I could get my money back.

Itās a good camera for the price but my motion sensor stop recording just pop up pictures
Great...when it works...
The camera itself is awesome. The app, however, never wants to load the live video feed. Constantly having to refresh it and maybe 1/20 times Iāll get lucky and it will work. Even when itās on the same WiFi connection.
Will not bind
It will not accept the correct password. I have tried 50 times. The phone app and router are all right next to each other also. I needed this to monitor a very ill family member.

Fix the crashing!
Wouldāve given this 3-4 stars cuz it always worked well until the second to last update. It started crashing as soon as it opens. I was excited there was another update today but it still crashes as soon as it opens!! Please fix this!
Best Purchase ever
It took a while to get all the benefits of this camera: audio/video/. I was able to see my property with clear view. The Hugoai CS & Engineers weāre superb- easy to talk too & they took time to listen to my concerns. I am going to purchase 2 cam in the future & hoping that the company could come up of new invention for outdoor camera.
