New • Meet Hugi, your personal AI coach (Premium). Ask Hugi from the + menu. It already knows your workouts, your diary, your weight trend and your plans, so you can just ask it anything. • Track a cut or a bulk as a phase. Set a goal, a pace, a length in weeks and your weigh-in day. Each week a reminder opens your check-in with your average already worked out, so confirming is one tap. The phase screen shows every week, your measured pace against your planned pace, and a chart of your check-ins. Premium adds a weekly review that adjusts your calories in one tap, plus a reverse diet after a cut. • One AI scanner instead of two. "Scan Recipe" is gone. AI Scan takes whatever you point it at: a plated meal comes back as a per-item breakdown you can edit before logging, a packet is read off its label, and a cookbook page or recipe screenshot becomes a recipe. Still one scan from your allowance. • Targets for saturated fat, sugar, fibre and salt. The four now fill toward a daily target instead of sitting there as bare numbers. Limits turn red when you pass them, and each one follows your calorie target until you set it yourself. • Log foods by serving, not just grams. Foods can carry named servings, so you get "1 bar (55g)" or "1 can (500ml)" alongside the usual units, and your diary reads "2 medium bananas (236g)". • Share a meal, or a whole day, as an image: the totals ring with every food under it, ready for the share sheet. • Protein, carbs and fat on every logged food, so you can see where the day's protein came from. Optional, under Settings, Nutrition, Display. • The nutrition "This week" card now covers protein, carbs and fat as well as calories, each with its own chart against the goal you had on that day. • The activity stopwatch gets a Lock Screen and Dynamic Island widget (Premium), and the timed duration is editable before you save it. Polish & fixes • Opening New Exercise or Start Workout, and typing a name, no longer freezes the app. • Leaving the app right after logging something no longer kills it, so you come back to where you were. • An exercise on two training days now progresses on each day separately (Premium), instead of your heavy day inheriting the light day's weight. Sets you add mid-exercise keep their suggestion too. • The rest timer now stays in view on the workout's exercise list, and stops jumping around when you leave a workout. • The step chart keeps up with your finger and colours days green or red against your goal, which you can now set from the chart itself. Drag anywhere across the bodyweight chart to read a day. • Losing weight on a cut no longer shows up red on Home and in the widget, and the Weight widget's sparkline says it covers 7 days. • Calories and macros now add up wherever you look: consumed plus remaining always equals your goal, and a banana's 0.4g of fat no longer reads as 0g. • The macro ring got a proper redraw, with new amber, azure and violet colours that follow protein, carbs and fat everywhere, including the widgets. Every ring on Home got the same treatment, amount fields look like something you can type in, and the AI waiting screen shows the photo it's reading. • The nutrition page now confirms what it just did: logging, copying, pasting and saving a meal. • A food can be corrected more than once, and custom meals and recipes now carry saturates, sugars, fibre and salt. • Weekly check-ins no longer go missing when you use two devices. • The workout reminder follows your default plan, the step reminder stops nagging on a day you already hit your goal, and the weigh-in reminder counts a weight from Apple Health.
