Doesn’t match with anyone
I’ve been on the app for couple of weeks, sent more than 100 likes and didn’t get any match. The app is fake, I’m pretty sure.
Great concept, needs lots of work
Amazing idea and concept, but the technical issues with the app make it essentially unusable. Constantly freezing and crashing despite all the usual fixes. Also, very challenging and unintuitive interface to recommend people in the first place - only suggests random contacts and won't let you search or choose specifically. I really hope they can fix these major issues so the empowerment and quality mission can come to life!

Only 1 possible match in my area!
Based in Melbourne Australia and after filling in my profile there was one 1 possible match within 20 miles of my location. Shame as I like the concept of the app

Crashes constantly
Unfortunately the app keeps crashing back and fo back. I have not been able to use it after making my profile for over 4 hours. Nothing works. I’ve tried redownloading and restarting my phone. It’s something wrong with the app. Besides that it doesn’t seem like anyone’s on it. Last updated posts was from weeks ago.
I want to meet my person and this app seemed perfect but maybe it’s still in beginner stage.

Not legit, need better vetting
Ladies endorsing married men, scammers & frauds
Also having issue getting past the add photos section
Saw a few reviews from people saying they could not get past the point where it asks you to add photos. Same issue for me too. It just says an error occurred. Doesn’t seem to be a way to fix it.
Scam profiles/Lack of Customer support
I was on this app since day 1. But recently I got banned cuz I called out the scamming profiles and the fake profiles. I showed the CEO and the Customer Support team everything. They banned me because the community board they have on the app, you can’t write anything without being taken down. JUST LIKE THIS COMMENT! They will take down any comment if you don’t give it a 5 star review. This is the 3rd one so far I had to make. Good luck on trying to contact someone, they won’t respond to you at all!

Fake users/Terrible support
The social Media platform team for the app have blocked me through multiple platforms after asking why my account got banned and not a single response nor email. The app is a scam anyway. So many fake profiles on there and they don’t do anything about it. It’s so bad that even if you are verified and or paying for the subscription it won’t do you any good. I recommend Duet for anyone who wants real and verified profiles. The tech support is faster and will respond. Unlike the CEO and customer support who will block you if you ask questions.

If you have an issue or concern they don’t usually answer you. I’ve emailed 2 times and messaged them on other social media platforms to get a response back about why my account was banned? No answers at all.

Ridiculous app
I can’t use the app without being endorsed by someone which is ridiculous. What about the people who don’t have anyone to do that? Very sexist.
Too glitchy to use!
I can’t even get past the “better guys quiz” at start up because the quiz doesn’t load/exist. It’s just a pop up that can’t be dismissed.

The premise is great, and the constant updates are nice, but I’m finding a LOT of bots on the app. It’s a shame I went through so much verification just to encounter fake people.
Can’t move past the pictures page
I have been trying to make an account, starting about a week ago. I couldn’t get past the page to add pictures, so gave it a rest. Today I updated the app and attempted to upload pictures again, but once again it will not upload them or let me move past that page
Disappointed in customer support
I haven’t even been able to access the app due to the photos screen not going through, no matter how many times I pressed next. At first, I was very patient with customer support since I understand they’re doing so much at once. However, it shouldn’t take two weeks to access a single app. Especially since they asked me for my number to try and figure the situation out and never responded to me since. I’ve tried reaching back out to them and they haven’t responded. I will be deleting this app unless if I miraculously get help. It’s very frustrating and I really don’t want to be rude, but I hate that they couldn’t transfer me to someone else or something. I’m considering deleting it since I can’t even make an account because of this :/

Fake accounts, fake profiles, and banning people
I was an OG of the app and every person I matched with was a scammer, fake profile, and or fake account. This app isn’t ready for dating world. I would not recommend this app. Also, you can’t write anything in their community board without it being taken down.

This app does not seem to have enough users to really make it worth it. It does not follow search requests, it asks for your preferences and then literally applies NONE of them. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and it said only two male users in the whole Bay Area? It is also far from being strategically thought out when it comes to user interface and ease of usability. I also don’t appreciate that they don’t offer a free trial or a refund when they don’t provide any matches because there are none in your area. Total scammy
