Can’t Even Log In
I have tried twice now to download this app and login. Every time I tried to login it says “Oops, the app timed out”.
App has problems
When I downloaded the app I was so excited to use it. I am a consumer of HUM products and I love them. But the app will not even let me log in it keeps glitching and will crash as soon as I got the log in button have tried to do it everyday for a week and same thing keeps happening. Hopefully problems get fixed soon. I would love to use the app.😊

ERROR
I keep getting an error when I sign in, my login works on the website. I even tried resetting my password but I get the same error. Deleting and redownloading the app didn’t help either.

Unfortunately I can’t access the features of the app because it won’t let me log in. It gets stuck on the loading screen every time I try to open the app. Have tried changing my password and deleting and reinstalling the app.

I cannot get past the login screen, nothing happens it just sits there. My log in information is correct, I’ve logged in online with no problem. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times.

I’ve installed, deleted, and reinstalled this app multiple times and it still won’t let me sign in. I’d love to be able to use it at all because using the website on mobile is never a good time. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Like many users it seems there is a problem with this app and I can’t get past the log in screen. I get an error every time. Will update this review once fixed.

All I get is an error. I've tried to reset my password, I've tried to reset the app, I've tried to restart my phone ... nothing.
I can’t even get the app to work
I downloaded this app to help me keep track of taking the vitamins I ordered. I can’t even log in because it gives me an error so I deleted it and reinstalled and it still does it. This review is solely on the app itself and not the products.
Couldn’t get past log-in
I wanted to check out the app to see if it would be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, due to server error, I couldn’t even get past the log-in screen.

I have downloaded this app 4 times and it continues to not work.

The app doesn’t show you’ve taken the daily supplements until much later after selecting that you’ve taken them. And the reminder is hit and miss.

I wish the app had more features for tracking
I like the convenience of being able to pause, skip or change my orders, I just wish that the app had more features available for the calendar tracker like adding when you miss a day
