I would love a refund, I put in my correct data and double checked it, but this is my not my correct hd. Got my profile and type wrong

My profile on every other calculation was 5/2 for human design and they said it was was a completely different profile. So all the other info is wrong as well.

Data is not correct
I’ve put my body chart Information with my birthday time and location several times including also creating multiple profiles for my partner, which is also incorrect in the calculations unless every other app and everything on the Internet is wrong??

Super easy to use! The app is well-organized, and the features are intuitive. The lunar calendar is straightforward, and the compatibility section is quick to explore. Love it!
Great Human Design app
Best HD app for me. I love it. Also I like compatibility section.
App doesn’t load any content and there’s no way to connect to get support with any issues
This app doesn’t load any of the content. All I get are headings with no content at all. When I click on developer support, I am directed to a website for psychic advisors. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP. It does not display content after imputing birth data and there is no way to connect to anyone for support with this.

Great Design, But Still Unusable
I tried this app months ago and was disappointed by persistent bugs, especially with the profile information—time and date were always inaccurate, which is crucial for accuracy. Despite that, I loved the layout, design, and graphics more than any other HD app I’ve tried (and I’ve tried over a dozen). When I saw an update claiming bug fixes, I gave it another shot and paid for the weekly subscription again. While the profile info is finally correct, the content is completely unavailable—I can’t even access the body graph or any information. Paying twice for a non-functional app has been a frustrating experience. The UI seems like it would be the best, but if it doesn’t work, what’s the point?
