Change the app back to the yellow. I hate the faded one and hate the new up.
Needs improvement
The app works but it needs to have a feature to send notifications when shifts have been adjusted/added!! Too many times I have almost missed a shift or turned up late because shifts were changed and I have no way of knowing, unless I check the app everyday.
Breaks all the time
Randomly stops working for everyone i know Bad bad bad ui - setting your availability is painful fixing mistakes worse, if i didn't have to use it id leave and never look back Genuinely ruins my mood like once a month cos it wont show me what time work is, for a few months once it was showing me the wrong time , if work change the shift unless i shutdown the app and restart it it will still show the old time and i get in trouble.. hate this app with my soul
Came back to add one of my coworkers DIED and every time i log in it shows me an old message from her with her picture and theres no way for me to change it

App recommend
Easy to use for clock in or out on workplace… Can check our timesheet and roster as well. Recommend everyone to use on their workplace for better results..

Glitchy
I support a team to use the app - and it constantly drops out, doesn’t allow transfer of shifts, and refused to log the team off. Having swapped to the new version - it is no better !
Delayed notification
I am an employee and getting jobs through humanforce. Anyone who picks first is assigned the job. I have practically tested new job notification takes time to pop up. By the time it hits in, the job is already picked by someone else. Already informed the RN incharge. No fix yet. Very bad experience for me. I wish my company could change the platform.

Hard reset
Staff keep saying they can’t clock in, and the only fix has been turn your phone off and back on. It’s the only app that has to do that. Let’s get that sorted and it’ll be tolerated appropriately. Not an app worth talking to other businesses about yet. Will update when we finally have a good run
Terribly coded and will make you miss pay
So majority of the time even if you are on site it will think that you are to far away to clock in or out, however the worst part is the way it’s so horribly coded you think it’s done purposely. For example, if you were to clock in at 9:59 and finish at 5.59, the app would somehow make it so you actually clocked in from 10-5:55 and you use 5 mins so if it gets auto approved you’ve lost some pay and this has been happening for over a year and nothing has been done to fix it so you have to hope that whoever manually approves your shift fixes it. Then for some reason even if you have permission, you can’t actually change your role or department in the app whereas if you do it on the website through a fingerprint scanner then you can’t actually change, it just doesn’t make sense and this applies for both versions of the app

can’t switch between profiles
I’m working in two facilities & both of them using human force app.They both registered me in same email address to the human force. Before i could able to switch profile in employee mode. but new update onwards I can’t switched between profiles . please fix this asap.thank you

App is fine. But the faded colour is awful and constantly looks like it is updating. Very unaesthetic please change it
Issues since the update
Since the update, if a staff member hasn’t clocked out I can’t clock them out on my app. And the only way to authorise a shift is to swipe left. Selecting authorise at the bottom doesn’t work. Very frustrating
Issues with login
It says your company is no available. This issue started recently and everything time I tried to open it, it says company no available. And i have to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
New app thumbnail is awkward
No issues with the app, however the current thumbnail makes it seem like the app is not available- looks similar to an app being updated. The faded colours don’t make it stand out, and is confusing. Returning to the bright yellow and blue would help make the app stand out and be easily identifiable

Useful app. Why the icon Color is faded
Not user friendly
This app is painful. Freezes all the time, hard to enter leave, once leave is approved you can’t change or cancel it. There’s no dark mode so constantly blinded by the white screen. Maybe Humanforce could check out employeehero and learn from them. This app is Not recommended at all.
How convenient
No end user support, while employers can ignore you behind a buggy app.
