Poor monitoring of issues and blatant disregard for keeping consumers updated.
There’s absolutely no monitoring or alert system in place to tell anyone in charge of handling bank/system outages on weekends, leaving withdrawals ‘processing’ for days when issues arise around this time. When I was finally connected with an actual person on Monday, he stated there is no-one in the office on weekends, not even an on-call employee. They do not care to fix major issues with withdrawals, even though weekends being a major high point in the volume of withdrawals. There was zero communication with consumers during or after their latest outage, leaving them in the dark, this is especially concerning considering the common use of withdrawals for emergencies. Even after they finally realised there was an outage with their bank connection on Monday morning, they failed to report the issue to consumers. The people running this system clearly don’t care if they leave consumers in the dark about issues/outages or and have a blatant disregard for customer service.

Really need 24/7 support
App crashed with network error, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned phone off and on and still nothing, and of all times to happen on a long weekend when would be really useful :(

The app has been down since yesterday and I still can’t use it. Being Easter weekend, I got a notification a few days ago saying that messages won’t get answered till Monday (which is fine), but the entire app is DOWN.
I have tried everything and it still won’t work and there’s no one to contact about it!

This is a great app with some really useful features. The customer service is really good they are quick to respond and helpful and friendly. I’m really happy with the app and so glad that my employer has this service available for our staff

Your employer has to be registered with it. I’ve tried seeing what companies are registered and nothing has shown up.

This app is an absolute godsend. I’m able to withdraw my pay early with minimal fees. Honestly suprised this exists and the lack of employers offering it.
