LOVE but -
Love the humans app but sometimes under my campaigns it shows there is a notification and often I can never find the notification and they keep updating which is great but I wish they sort that out. The app is great otherwise and I’ve gotten my first few campaigns within 6 months of using the app.
Bad admin
You get a campaign and they don’t give you what you’ve agreed on, they keep telling you you receive it next week.. a whole month pass and you’ll wait for your product, while they force you to post without doing their part.
Insufficient Permission
I've been trying to link my Instagram account to this app since last year — with no success.
I’ve followed every step, created a backup account, reached out to support multiple times, and still nothing has been resolved. Every time I ask, I’m told “the team is working on it,” but it’s been months.
This ongoing issue has affected my ability to participate in campaigns and grow my profile on the platform. It’s incredibly disappointing and honestly unacceptable for a platform that works with content creators to be this unreliable.
I hope this gets resolved soon, but right now I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Doesn’t work
One thing about this app, you won’t be able to verify your instagram account with your facebook account no matter what you do. Even if it’s already linked together.
Best Influencer agency
I got 4 campaigns from them and the app is easy to use. I love the fact that they give you a course on how to become an influencer or a creator. I’ve learned a lot from this experience. You even get a chance to set a bid yourself. Thank you HumanzSA for such a great opportunity and I am looking forward to working with you in future projects.

Please allow instagram profile link without attaching it to facebook. Some of ua only have Instagram and not facebook and we don’t plan on creating a facebook account. Don’t have an x account either. Please review those options and allow people with just instagram accounts to link their accounts

Error logging in
I’ve had this app for over a year I deleted it because my phone no longer had space, when I tried to download it and login it keeps giving me an server or error contact humanz sent an email to them no response 🤯sooo frustrating tried resetting my password but still the new password wouldn’t work so how do we reach you guys for assistance in recovering our profile since it’s no longer accessible?
