The lengthy sign verification does not match the functionality. I cant even move or cancel requested time off in app. How lazy of Humi, Trash. As long at the HR Payroll people are happy they don’t care about anyone else
Disappointed
I switched our payroll system to Humi as of January 1st this year and have been really disappointed with its the customer service. Before we signed up I was told I could video conference with someone whenever I had issues and that I would be answered within a couple hours if I ever had questions. When I have sent questions in it has often took 48 hours to answer and I was told they are too busy with end of year questions to video conference right now so I just had to email them and wait for an answer. When there are payroll deadlines I don’t have 24-48 hours to wait for an answer through email as my payroll will be late and I will be charged fees or my employees are not receive their pay in time. Very disappointed in Humi, I will likely be switching payroll providers again.

Completely unusable, it consistently crashes when you try to login. It's been going on for months.

This app hasn’t worked for months. It just crashes when you open it. Brand new phone does the same thing. Make your website responsive and ditch the app if your not going to fix it.
