Handling Cigars is clumsy

This app has some good features, but there is no way to transfer x out of y cigars of a type from one humidor to another. It seems the copy paste has to be done field by field. Oddly, when a cigar in a humidors court goes to zero it’s still listed as in the humidor one the cigar page but not in the humidors page.
It would be better to have the cigars as a top level item, AI download once, add to any or none of the humidors. Also it would be nice to have lengths and ring gauges. The app is considerable better than its competitors, now that I downloaded them. Fast response to my review that’s rate and impressive. He ask me to email him and I will in a day or two. He cares and that is rate for a developer!

Response from developer

Hi Scott, Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback and for using the app. I really appreciate you pointing out these ideas. The ability to batch select to transfer cigars to another humidor is on the tracks to be released on the next version. If you have a moment, I’d really appreciate it if you could email me at support@flnetworks.com with a bit more detail about your workflow and how you envision the transfer feature working. Understanding how you use the app helps me prioritize improvements and build features that are genuinely useful. If the upcoming update addresses your concerns, I’d be grateful if you would consider updating your review. Reviews have a significant impact on independent developers, and your updated feedback would mean a great deal. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for helping make the app better!

Great iPhone Cigar App

Great little app to track what’s in your humidors, as well as reviews. The reviews section is most important to me, as I want to remember what each cigar is like when I find myself on the road, away from my sticks.

A Sweet Solution

Dariel seems to have thought of it all. Very comprehensive and easy to use. The AI scan seems to have very little trouble in determining the correct smoke. You want to generate more- like composition, CA ratings, your own personal notes? The app has it. Room for photos too. In my book, it’s a winner! 99 in my unofficial CA rating! 👍

Opus Not found

Bought a year subscription started with Opus 25 yr. Anniversary. AI came back as Davidoff. Tried typing Opus in search, nothing. Pretty disappointed it didn’t have anything in there for an iconic brand.

Response from developer

***Done*** Hello, Thank you for catching that and for your review and for using our app All OpusX editions are now added to the manual selection picker and ai recognition has been improved If this addresses your concerns, I’d be grateful if you would consider updating your review. Absolutely the best app for cigars

I tried all the other apps and some are pretty good but by far this one is the most complete

One Drawback

There is no way to export a list of cigars in each humidor or a master list of all cigars. This is frustrating as, in order to prepare such a thing so as to have a paper list of all sticks in my collection, I literally have to screenshot everything (painstakingly tedious) and feed it into ChatGPT and ask AI to generate a list. I wish that I would have known this before logging my 250+ sticks into the Journal. I definitely would have went with a different app instead, but, at this point, I am holding out hope that a fix is made to the app to allow this rather than having to start all over again with a different app, which is a strong possibility.

On a good note: the functionality of the app and usefulness of the app in all other respects is great. I would highly recommend if the above existed but fall short in recommending because it does not.

***updated*** I have added the export feature on version 5.6.2 *************** Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. First, I completely understand your frustration. After investing the time to log more than 250 cigars, not having a simple way to export your collection is a valid concern. While the app does include backup functionality, I can see how that is not the same as having a clean, printable export of your inventory. Your feedback has given me a better understanding of how important this feature is for collectors who want a physical copy of their collection or a master inventory list. I am actively considering adding export functionality, but I would love to better understand what information you would want included. Would you prefer a simple inventory list, a humidor-by-humidor report, or a more detailed export with ratings, purchase information, and notes? If you'd be willing to share your thoughts, please email me at support@flnetworks.com. I personally read every message and am always open to improving the app based on user feedback. Thank you again for the kind words about the app overall. The next update will also introduce a built-in feature request system to make it easier for users to suggest future enhancements. I appreciate your support and hope to hear from you soon.

Bad app

Quick ID stop working after adding humidor

Tracking Doesn’t Work

I saw this in the App Store and was really excited to use. Take a picture of a cigar and it identifies the cigar. Now, the app does have a fee but for what it does I was willing to pay for it. You get 10 free identification and I used it on 10 cigars. It identified 9 so that’s not bad. If you have a big collection as I do then you need to upgrade and pay for the app. Unlimited, awesome. So I paid the fee and I still only get the 10 free after I bought the app. I figure it is probably user error and I didn’t get it right. So, I emailed the company a week ago got no response. So, back to looking for an app that does what this one claims to do. If you have a small collection maybe it will work for your needs. I recommend you to keep searching for a good app. In theory this could be great..

Response from developer

Thanks for trying the app and for the feedback. I’d like to clarify that the app does not advertise or include unlimited AI identifications. The App Store listing explains that the app uses a credit-based identification system, with additional credits available separately if needed. It appears there may have been some confusion about how the identification credits work and what is included. Also, we did respond to the support email we received regarding this issue, so please check spam/junk folders in case the reply was filtered. We appreciate the feedback and are continuing to improve how the app explains identification credits and feature limits for new users. If you’re willing to give the app another try, we’d appreciate you updating your review based on your experience.

Latest updates

I love the latest updates, especially the quick ID feature and the Recent Actions. It’s a great app for keeping up with my inventory, it’s easy to use and does exactly what I need and believe me, I’ve tried every other one.

Response from developer

Really appreciate the feedback. Glad the Quick ID and Recent Actions updates are making inventory management easier for you. More improvements coming soon.

Amazing job with the last update

This is by far the best app to keep track of my inventory
It has everything I need and now with the ai options i can point to the cigar with the camera and know more details of what I am smoking
Great Job!!

If you have a Humidor you need an app

Developer is very responsive and committed to improving this app based on user-feedback. Have a question? You get a response quick. The AI component is a nice new addition.
