Just crashes

The app always crashes immediately on launch, which makes it not very useful

Still Troubleshooting- app crashes immediately

Excited to setup my new Beacon FarUVC222nm light. Downloaded, connected to WiFi, connected to my light, then it promptly crashed so cannot use my light. Deleted app per recommendation and will repeat and update this review. UPDATE: it continues to repeatedly crash as soon as I open it. I’ve removed and reinstalled multiple times and can’t even get the front facing screen. I’m using an IPhone 13. I just want to use my new light for home safety. There should be a manual override to turn on/off the light manually with the power button for this situation. Please just fix it.

Spending over a thousand dollars for what

The app is saying the device isn't working currently and the app keeps crashing. Restarting my phone has no impact. Exactly what did we all pay for? It's not a device where we can control it, set a schedule and keep people who are vulnerable safe from the still existing threat of COVID.

Only app I’ve ever encountered that cuts off my 22 character WiFi password so I can’t connect. Please update the app to allow for as many characters as we have.
