Works great. Hate the ads though, but it ain't a deal killer

Good timer and sets/reps

Ads are annoying and the charts and graphs are not visually appealing enough to even visit. However, I got the app for free and I'm using it. It is like a coach telling you what to do and when. I like that accountability. I just wish the app had better tools to track progress with an actual snapshot graph.
