Too old , no songs updates poor UI
Been using this app for almost more than 5 year still same issues , poor UI not much update. Far behind the trends of music. Really really hard to find your song always shows some random results.

u guys have to update in newer version every day.Same like exactly saavn ganaa apps they bringing always newer version and something new inside in apps for example crystal clear sound or Dolby experience and more and in rewards u have to put more rewards for example new movies or new electronics.and u guys also have to put more videos songs and u guys have to put Ai inside in app u also can do more with or in apps

Asking for Sub even when I my sub is active.
Don’t understand how can an app be so bad. It will ask me to subscribe and show ads even when I have monthly subscription. Their customer service will stop replying at one point. Apple should take action against such app.

My review after using the app for one week
I recently took subscription and here are my observations so far: 1. Serious issues with the player. If you start a playlist, next song won’t start by itself until you open the app and play song by pressing the play button 2. Though you select HD streaming audio quality, it keeps playing low quality audios even if network is very good 3. Audio quality is nowhere near to apps like YouTube Music, Amazon music, Spotify etc. 4. It doesn’t allow me to edit profile, there is no option to edit mobile number 5. Deleted playlist appears again Makers of this app has to fix the bugfixes if they want a serious business
Another issue - i am based out in USA and it doesn’t give me new movies songs like Animal, The Archies, Dunki, Fighter etc. already reached out to support and haven’t heard back.

Equalizer is not working, cant select equilizer
One star only for nice collection of songs
Such a slow app. I can’t open my playlist if songs are playing. Out of nowhere the app will stop working. “Something went wrong, please try again” I’ve seen this error message if not more same amount of songs I have listened. Such a useless app!
Too many add
Ads are too many if not subscribed. Uninstalled as it is quite unusable.
Great improvement but
Hope you read this. I tried app after an year and was amazed by new design. However, app is still slow, takes few seconds to load. If you change this you will be soon ranked best Indian music app. Other than i would separate tab for podcasts and downloads. So tabs can be music, podcasts, movies and downloads.

They are working to solve my issue since last 6 month and they are still struggling, even I buy premium aap. They say this problem in iPhone app. After all try I m going to delete this app

Pathetic user interface and navigations
When you download audio and plays song halfway and return to it after one day and try to open it, the song resumes from the middle. Then if the next song is also half played previously, it resumes from their. Not a good app and don’t waste your money. Support team is not helpful at all.
Hang issue and late response
It always hangs when i change the song . It give very late response while liking the song or switching the menu to home to other . I always face these problems . Developer can u please solve these problems and provide us better experience . The main reason u are not getting viral like spotify or other app is ur user experience . So please fix it in next update .

Updates Always Untested Causing Issues
My preferred language has been set to English but everything is appearing in Hindi since I updated the app to v6.0.4(5825) and I can’t read Hindi. All my downloaded songs also seem to have disappeared. I wrote to hungama support and all I was told was to set the preferred language to English and then my ticket got closed. I upgraded to the premium version so have paid the full year’s subscription but can’t use the app. They don’t seem to test before releasing the app and then getting help seems to be hit and miss. Don’t waste your money upgrading to the premium version.
