My Favorite Hungry Hearts Game!
I have every Hungry Hearts game Gagex comes out with, and this is my favorite so far! It is at least partially because the Ramen counts as a “rice” dish (first course). In previous late games, it gets hard to make 3 dishes for customers that aren’t Max level yet because you quickly run out of rice dishes. The addition of Ramen dishes counting as rice/1st dishes helps balance that out. I was afraid they’d count as main course (2nd) dishes as that’s where the rare ramen item was located in previous games. Glad to see that’s not the case here!
Like another reviewer commented, the Ramen recipe developing system is a bit frustrating/confusing. Took some trial and error (and using the hints) to figure out some of those recipes. Also a litte disappointed I couldn’t make my own ramen recipe dish, nor could you make a ramen recipe before a customer requested it. You could see Chive Ramen in the recipe book, for example, but couldn’t actually develop the recipe until the customer requested it.

Chinese or Japanese
As a long time enjoyer of the Hungry Hearts series, I’m deeply disappointed by this installment. I was deterred from trying this game for months partially due to my busy schedule and the one bad review that said the ramen making system was difficult without a guide. Just yesterday I finally decided to give the game a try as my schedule finally cleared up a bit and now I really wish I hadn’t. It seemed like the typical hungry hearts game format wise, and it wasn’t until a few hours in that I started noticing all the Chinese recipes in the book and how occasionally some characters would refer to the restaurant as a “Chinese” restaurant, even when it’s clear the setting is Japan and the elderly owners are also Japanese. If you’re going to add Chinese recipes to inflate your recipebook then at least say that the food’s origin is Chinese in the description of the food (some were labeled, most not). If you wanted to incorporate Chinese dishes, why not make the restaurant and the setting Chinese too? As someone that’s Chinese, I’m just disappointed after having played and enjoyed so many of your games.

Best ramen sim Game
Hi, I love the fast pace nature of the game and how I can take breaks to wait for energy. But I struggle to figure out the takeout order sometimes repeat until I get it, but it is a waste of cooking energy. I think helpful hints like with the ramen making would help. I earn points for the ramen even if a mistake is made. I love the design of the game and music, other change would be that grandpa I find still cook slow after buying the stove upgrade. I hope you read my review, and consider the suggestion!

A great game
I have played hungry hearts over the years and I have always loved it! It really is just so cozy and relaxing to play. I love this newest addition with grandpa! It is so charming and I love the art and characters. Really good job to the developers and all who worked on this game!

前から昭和シリーズは何個か遊ばせて頂いてるんですけども、本当に毎回最後まで遊んでもホッコリするし、その名の通り「心にしみる」いいゲームです🥹
手軽に遊べるし、CM入ってもこのゲームだけは不快感全然無いしなにより楽しい！
一人の客だけの話かな〜と思ってたら他の客の話にも繋がってたり、何よりおばあちゃんがめっちゃ良い人で今の時代こそして欲しい名作です🙌
昭和だから、って頑固なイメージがあるけどだからこそ叱ってでも相手のことを考える暖かい優しさもあって、エンディング流れた時はもう……

たった1日半でコンプリートしてその後何か隠し要素あるのかと思い、レビュー等見たらまさかの何もないようで。
時間を無駄にするところでした。ストーリー性、ゲーム性は面白くて広告も許容範囲のペースなので、もう少し練った方が良いかと。
これでは課金する必要もさらさらないですしね。

i really enjoyed the new ramen aspect of the game and the story was unbelievably heartwarming...i couldn't have predicted the ending 🥹🥹🥹 (also boo the giants)

The start is fun! But if you keep playing it’s the same thing over and over again. Upgrades are slow! Even the custom ramen tab is slow.
料理のスピードが遅くなりすぎ(ネタバレあり)
今作は料理のスピードを上げられる要素があるのですが、最大まで上げても全く速くありません。比較したわけではないですが、最大まで上げてなお体感では歴代最遅かも…
今作は特に投げっぱなしの個別エンドが多い…UMAオチ多くないですか？こんなに出すんだからグランドシナリオにも関わってくるのかなと思ったらまさかの一切関係なし。今までのお坊さんをリストラしてまで新キャラの巫女が出てきたのもあり、この子が今回のキーパーソンになると思っていたのですが…(一応結末への伏線にはなってるけど)
今回のは破綻した親子関係の修復がメインテーマであり、それに関係のないキャラは本筋には関係ないということなんでしょうが、それにしてはエンジニア親子の影は薄いしなんとも言えない…
ところで短くとも5歳までは関東圏で育ったはずの人って関西弁で喋るんでしょうか？
