Everything is good but too many charges are quite upset to me specially delivery charge and driver charges..should be included in one charge..

Delivery boy has very bad response towards the customer . From now onwards won't order any thing from this app.
Careless restaurants
Most of the restaurants added numbers which isn’t active. They intentionally send foods which are either less in quantity or meat is smelling bad. When we try to reach out the restaurant proper information n numbers are not given n hungry ji customer service doesn’t respond fast n well.
Disappointed with HungryJi’s Limited Delivery Range
I recently downloaded the HungryJi app with high hopes of conveniently ordering food from a variety of local outlets. However, my experience with the app has been rather disappointing due to its limited delivery range in my location.
Waste of time
I ordered KFC order for 969 Rs. the delivery boy was so rude, the one cold drink was missing and other cold drinks were spread all over chicken boxes from bottom. I refused to accept order. I will never again order anything from HungryJi again. 😡😡

DO NOT DOWNLOAD HUNGRYJI. Worst service ever. Delivers cold food & after 2 hours of waiting, some food items are missing. And then HUNGRYJI tells they’ll deliver the food but doesn’t deliver even after 1 hour. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Paid two times for the same order
Once I ordered a dish, I made payment through Debit Card but the payment was stuck for some reason.
Later the delivery boy came I told him about the transaction but he insisted me to pay in cash saying if the money is debited from my card the same will be refunded.
The money was debited later that day but Neither I got my refund nor a call from hungryji team.

Poor performance.
I have placed an order and money was deducted from my account but it was showing as “No order yet” so I tried to contact the concerned person but in vain. I waited for a hour thinking that it might be the network issue and they shall contact me soon but they never did neither refunded me. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone for using this app. This was the worse experience as a foodie and trusting that they might actually care about their customers.
