the delivery system is so bad. Called them , they told me they will bring it by 20 minutes, waited for an hour then called again, the delivery man acted like i called him for the first time, then told me hes too busy. I waited for total 2 hours , so it was very annoying, had to cancel order at last. Bad experience overall!

Horrendous service!
Just stay away from hungrynaki. They sent me a wrong order and managed it really poorly. I sent them text via messenger and after replying to some, they didn’t even bother replying anymore. I’ve had previous misplacement of orders and those were also handled really poorly. Stay clear of them!

How ridiculous... Updates are meant for bug fix. But after update , now this app is constantly crashing.

Ive always used foodpanda but recently switched to hungrynaki and so far the app is horrible, everytime i order something and from anywhere, it says the outlets and available, very disappointed

The app is practically disappointing and disgusting at the same time, I didn’t get what I ordered none the less the delivery charge is way higher than the apps I previously used. So the ones reading this review stick to your previous food delivery app than this one which cost’s twice the money and gives half the offers.

Very poor service
Takes way more time than the estimated delivery time and you can't even cancel the order even if it gets delayed more than an hour. They take the order even without having a rider nearby and shows that the order is being prepared when the order isn't even confirmed yet, and they change the estimated delivery time a lot more than it actually shows at first and they don't even provide a cancel option and make their customers wait an unreasonable amount of time and serve cold food.

Very disappointed with the service. After ordering I made the payment via bKash. It’s been 8 hours and I still haven’t received the parcel. And I have even complained a few times, all they know is to apologise and ask me to “wait for an update”

Convenient and Good Customer Service
The app offers many promotional vouchers, which are usually worth more than those of other food delivery apps in Bangladesh. The customer service is also good at communication, which stands as a big benefit. However, the safari/chrome version of this app may have some glitches. For example, while adding a promotional voucher, it takes a lot of time, sometimes it may just keep loading.

They take at least 1 hour to delivery any food. Doesn’t matter how close you live from the restaurant.

I have ordered my food at 7pm and still haven’t received my food even after more than 2 hours have passed moreover, the Agents would put my calls on hold for 6 minutes every time I called to inquire about the delivery time. It I very annoying that I cannot cancel the order either.
