BEWARE OF LACK OF EXPERIENCE
They do not seem to believe that it could happen that something happened on a phone that was not caught on their end. So if you want to make sure you don’t lose your lures or possibly currency, you may need to take frequent screenshots of them to have proof, otherwise do not expect to have it restored.
As a free player every lures makes a big difference since cannot compete with paying players in hunts and even in missions. I accept it and do the best possible knowing the odd are stacked against me. So when there is an event that I actually have already earned the legendary lures through ads, it is really exciting! But when going to participate and they are missing, then customer service is this loyal to the coding and unable to believe that this happened to me, what seems to be something not being recorded or saved correctly somewhere, it is infuriating.
I would wind down some playing this game, but I’m just going to play it while my kid plays it and slowly fade it out. Now knowing that this team does not have the experience to know that files and apps can glitch of fail to communicate at any point in the saving process or playing of the game, I do not have any confidence in being able to keep anything I earn to use in the game. At that point I am only on the game to spend some time with my kid to relate to what they are doing and nothing more. Most likely encourage other games with similar content but that may have a better team behind the game. Sorry end of rant.
