Haven’t received my order in a year and a half
SCAM!
Would not recommend this company as I haven’t received my order in a year and a half. I initially got an email from Curtis Ray asking which type of phone I had after purchasing. Then once I replied I heard nothing after following up again and again and again.
Tracking info never got updated but I have a screenshot with tracking saying it’s not been despatched.
Then got passed to Lyron Deputy who has ignored my emails after initially recognising there was a mistake with my order.
What a complete joke

Errors out while registering
Can’t use it without registering. Can’t register because I get an error when I ask it to send me the confirmation email.

Junk - apparently every email I offer to sign up has already been used - oh wait they go to me- forgot password then oh send it to my email - oh wait we can’t you don’t have an account but wait my emails are taken - ugh

Unable to sign up for app. Tried 2 different emails.

I can’t signup or login. Device is useless without the app.
Can’t register and no customer service support
I bought this mask and was hopeful but kept getting an error message when I was trying to register on the app. I sent emails to customer service and never got a reply so I returned it and am waiting for a refund.
Issues logging in.
I recently purchased the sleep mask and have not been able to use it. App says it will send a verification code by email, which never comes. Reach out to company through email, but no reply. Almost feels like a sham. At this point I am going to return this garbage and request a full refund. What use is this mask if the app is inoperable.

Can’t even create account
Get error when creating account. Then when retry, says that email already used so then try password reset and then get message saying email is not known.
App has problems: Quality Sleep Mask which is hard to get used to
I purchased the Hupnos mask about 3 weeks ago. First off I want to say that I have been pleasantly surprised with the build quality of the mask for an Indiegogo project, and the fact that the app is somewhat complete is great as well. The developers are also very responsive to feedback so I hope the problems I list now get fixed at some point.
Hupnos App on iPhone XR
The app hasn’t worked properly for me at all. The key problem is that the snore recorder doesn’t seem to work. It’s supposed to record snippets of your snoring throughout the night, but in my app I can’t access or listen to any of those recordings.
Overall the interface also looks childish and somewhat clunky. It needs a bit of refinement.
Setting up and managing the mask seems to work fine, however I did find a bug when performing multiple tests of the mask.
I just downloaded the SnoreLabs app and to be honest it is by far a superior snoring recording/monitoring app.... but I do realize Hupnos will hopefully get there at some point.
As far as controlling the mask, it seems to work. I have not been able to sleep a whole night with the mask on however.
Hupnos Mask: quality
Great quality. They put a lot of effort into the hardware. Only caveat is the motor that opens and closes the EPAP valve is extremely loud to me, so much so that it wakes me up everytime it engages.
Hupnos Mask: comfort
First off I think this all depends on if you’re used to sleeping with a mask. If not, it will be very difficult to adapt to. I also sleep on my stomach which you can’t do with the mask on really.
Overall the mask is comfortable. It does feel like you’re sleeping with snorkel gear on your nose but you can get used to it. It’s not too heavy either.
I have never been able to sleep with the mask on for an entire night, since at some point I tear it off. It’s difficult to get used to.
Hupnos Mask: Effectiveness
I think this will work for some people, but for me since I can’t seem to sleep with the mask the whole night because of comfort and the mask continually waking me up, it’s not effective at all in helping with my snoring.
Saying that though I will probably continue to try and use it since I see a lot of value in the vibration alerts... if I could only sleep through the night.
So overall: a great idea and attempt which I think will work for some but not all. I think it’s worth a shot if you suffer from snoring.

One size does not fit all
This will work for some, I’m sure, but it’s naive to think it fits every face. There is no ability to adjust the most important piece, the EPAP section. This is useless for me.

Great mask, great app!
Love love love this mask and app! The mask is comfortable and soft, perfect for me to sleep in cuz I’m a little finicky about what gets to be on my face when sleeping lol
The app is super helpful and easy to navigate :) I knew I snored because of my partner but this confirmed and is helping me monitor it!

Hupnos mask
I love this sleep better/ no more snoring mask! It’s very comfortable and the science behind it works. I can’t believe I don’t snore anymore. I feel better because I sleep better now.
Very useful
Downloaded the app after being referred by a friend, and wow was I surprised. 27 years old and this is the absolute first time I discovered I snore. Would have had zero idea if I hadn’t used the sleep recording, so I highly recommend that.
App functionality is absolutely fantastic.
There are a few fit and finish changes I’d make to the app (which would push me toward a lower score), but the development team has been extremely receptive to my feedback and has been making changes. Can’t ask for better than that from a small company!
Recently received the mask so I’m excited to test that out and see how it helps!
