Been using the App for a few months now, extremely user friendly. This is a worry free way of keeping track of everything for your business. I’m a 1099 employee and this makes everything so simple. Would highly recommend to business owners and all self employed individuals. Thank you Hurdlr!!
Had a small problem with my annual subscription. Sent a message through the app explaining my concern and within no time at all Aaron had wrote me back with advise on how to correct the problem. Was able to solve the issue with the advise given in the first response back from the Hurdlr team. They truly are there for you when you experience a issue. Excellent customer service!

Things have changed
I have been using this app for going on 10- years and other than something very simple it has beena huge help, I always set it on AUTO and it always let me know what the status was. Here lately I can’t trust what I am seeing from adding vehicles to trying to communicate with the robot or who ever is behind the screen. I feel very disappointed because I don’t know how long or how many transactions trips are absent. I changed phones is the only thing I can think of. This situation with this app have really gotten impersonal. Not happy

Excellent Expense Tracker
I’ve only been using Hurdlr for a few months but it has made mileage and business expenses a breeze to track.
Perfect for Freelance
After spending way too much on accounting software that was supremely complicated and inflated for my purposes, Hurdlr has made my bookkeeping a breeze. I used to avoid it like the plague and it made everything worse. This is actually easy and kind of fun.
I am a freelancer with two separate businesses. This app and the accompanying site is all I need to track expenses and income and organize it by business and expense category. I can organize and tag everything on the go. Tracking mileage is so easy. I do it every night and it takes all of 10 seconds, helping me keep clean, clear records.

Really helpful
Love how it help to organize everything for you little by little. Has some interface issues of graphics at the bottom on an iPhone….a little messy from a graphic standpoint but very helpful for small 1 man business
Practical
Hurdlr is practical but not very flexible. I like that it helps you keep track of all your activities but I feel like it doesn’t allow for ease of use when entering data. For example if I set up a rule, it seems to want to apply that rule to all entry. So I enter a new rule and I end up entering a bunch of rules. Maybe I’m using the program wrong but it doesn’t seem very intuitive to me. I do like that it keeps everything in order and allows for easy tax filing if you keep it up.

Easy and clear
I’ve been using Hurdlr for several years now. I like it because it’s pretty easy to figure out. Adding an expense and documenting with photos is simple and the general tax categories are already provided, yet I can add additional ones if necessary. I love the reports that I can print at the end of the year and so does my accountant. In fact, she commented on how much she liked the reports. Also, the support is helpful and fast! Very responsive!

Doesn’t automatically track even if you pay
I paid for the app because I loved the convenience of automatically tracking all mileage. However, once I paid it never worked. I reached out to try and get help without response. I’ve tried to cancel my paid version but no response. I am still paying but not receiving the benefits.
Surprisingly easy
Hurdlr makes it easy to log and save receipts and miles. Big fan!
Keeps track of everything
I like how it automatically tracks my mileage. As a Realtor we are all over the place and keeping track of your mileage is essential. Aside from that it’s easy to keep track of all my other expenses. Would definitely recommend to any agent!
Okay Quality
The requirement to always keep Hurdlr open is both inconvenient and taxing. Figure out how to make this app record auto miles and all expenses while closed on the smart phone. No excuses accepted. We know what they are like.

The app offers multiple services in addition to mileage tracking, making it easy to manage business transactions and other details in one place. It learns your habits but still requires attention.

Auto trip tracking
There isn’t an option to just push a button to turn on GPS tracking, and track mileage (or I haven’t found it). In order to have the app track your mileage you have to turn on the “always on” option in settings for your GPS. “Only while using the app” isn’t an option if you want the app to automatically log your miles. Very disappointing. There’s no reason the app should be tracking me 100% of the time. I should have an option to just turn it on when I know I’m taking a work trip.
