Please fix PvP and other issues!!

This game could be great if there were some balancing adjustments. There are certain pets and certain things in pvp that are WAY too overpowered. A person who is 1 level higher than me shouldn’t be able to one shot me when I have all ascended gear. It’s ridiculous. I’ve had people who should’ve lost beat me in the arena too. I don’t want pvp to be a joke but this is insane. Do you guys even do balancing at all? There are several pets that are too powerful but the one that I see the most is that stupid monkey with the basket ball. Fix that or people won’t want to play your game. My wife and I are ready to quit because we can’t go up the ranks any further because we don’t have the monkey. That shouldn’t be. My wife is like number 2 on the server and I’m 35. Other than the pvp, it’s a pretty good game. NEEDS BALACING ADJUSTMENTS ACROSS THE BOARD!

Scam

This game popped up in an ad and it looked interesting enough. The ad’s offer of 12,500,000 coins and some snail pets was tempting enough for me to download and launch the game. I’ve unlocked most of the features and came in fifth in the arena. Got a failed merge purple snail, a purple mount, full runestone map, some fancy wings, decently getting a few pet eggs each explore wave, chest lvl 7, etc… and yet there’s been nothing in game about the promotional reward. Fishy? What’s definitely fishy is that my Facebook account and Contacts have been linked without my permission. The cherry on top? The official game’s discord server has others posting they haven’t received things they’ve purchased in game. There’s even a post about the same ad that lured me in too, with support giving the run-around and not acknowledging the ad nor promised reward/s of snail pet/s (it’s unclear if you get just the one snail pet or all three) & 12,500,000 coins claim. The game is definitely interesting enough if you are the kind that likes idle games with a twist of some features from games like hustle castle, survive whatever (zombie), and like them to really compete with the top you’re gonna have to pay a little at least. I wouldn’t mind dropping my extra cash on Hurrah Stone and would give it a much higher star rating.. if it didn’t just scream SCAM.

Edit to Dev: I had provided a screenshot and contacted in game support. Also provided screenshots of when I downloaded the game via Apple purchases and of the screenshots time stamps from Photos. Like someone else, I only got responses back to put me on the runaround and try to put the blame on me.

I took a screen-capture of what was said in support as well, since support chat doesn’t provide any timestamps. Still have all of it to. All it shows is support doesn’t care about the ad and isn’t going to honor it. If you aren’t going to honor a promotional advertisement that links directly to your game, just don’t run it. But better yet, how about not making a game to just scam people?

Great game, small text

Genuinely love the game, I’ve played Bonehead for a couple of months before finding this one. No ads unless you want some extra stuff. My biggest complaint is the text is too small and no option to adjust it

So far the game is great, I would look at other games like idle heroes, etc to look what you can get inspired of and make it your own way but great game.
