Repeat Login Nuisance
Keeps asking for a login, which is stupid for an app I downloaded to my phone. The functions are great, but the app looks and functions like it was made in a garage.

The app is great. It works as expected. Every time there is a disturbance or a hurricane in the Gulf, this is my first stop to find information.
Dark background
This new update is so messed up. I find it very hard to read the app with the black background (myopia and astigmatism), and it now has so many useless features that the screen looks messy and loud.
Total Scam
Stopped using this app years ago because it just wasn’t that good. Today I get an email that they tried to use my expired credit card to renew my subscription, which I don’t have. If this was legit they should have used Apple for the payment, which threw red flags that they were trying to scam me. Don’t use this app.

Excellent Information
Like the app. Has good information. Very timely. A very good source for accurate information.
Disappointed
I have used this app for years but now it is all about the paid version. I don’t like it at all anymore.
Too Busy
I’ve been using this app for years and even upgraded to the premium version a few years ago. I was fine with that. I got a lot of views and the price was minimal.
Since the changes it’s so cluttered. The font is so small my aging eyes struggle to read it. It gives a summary of the storms and at first glance I nearly freaked out at how many storms it was showing. Then realized it was giving me everything: Atlantic and Pacific. I’m on the Gulf Coast and could care less about the Pacific. My default region is set for Atlantic so why do I have to look at the Pacific in my summary?
Please go back to the other layout. It was much easier.

Not very good
This used to be my go to app for hurricane info but fixing to trade it in on another app. Changes over the last year or so really messed it up. So much emphasis on going pro it just a cluster now!
Excellent
What happened?! This was my previous review before the later changes: “This app is very thorough and provides a number of great maps. I love the updates on storms and knowing their projected path. Highly recommend!” Now the maps are subpar, I’m not getting notifications even though they are turned on, and the maps and models look very bare bones. The home page looks like a clustered Temu home page, and it’s hard to visually grasp—busy is a good way to put it. Less is more and the simple layout was much nicer.

It’s been cheapened
I’ve had this app for years. In a move I can only assume is greed the basic “spaghetti” models have essentially been removed. You’re better off using the free weather version than getting a ton of useless information

Update is terrible
I’ve been using this app for years. It was my go to hurricane app. It was great. Now they updated it and not only is it ridiculously busy and cumbersome to navigate, but now you get less information unless you pay for premium. I will no longer be using this app as it is useless unless you want to pay and there are other free apps that give more info.

What happened??? The face lift is way too busy! It used to be so easy to use and now there’s so many neon colors everywhere it’s hard to see what you’re doing. Glad I didn’t subscribe. Moving on to find something simple and straight forward like this one use to be.
Was amazing until paywall.
Was my go to hurricane information, this latest update looks more like candy crush than a serious app tracking weather. Then the paywall. Give me back my few ad’s and let me see all the information for free. We’re all tired of subscription’s nickel and diming us.

Paid $20 no or less service from previous app
I have real issues with the update it is not easier and the click on the categories do not match the correct price with the category of hurricane. Some buttons do not do anything. Loved the app prior and have paid a subscription of the $20 on 7/21/26 at www.HURRTRACK, CO

This one is REAL
I’ve been using this app for as many years as it’s been available. As a South Texas coast dweller, this app has been wonderful to keep me and my family up to date on the storm situations. It is a great tool to help make decisions as to when to prepare and/or leave. It is more than worth having.
And if you’ve seen this before from me….

Too many changes and not for the better. Trying to understanding the information of where the hurricane is and what it’s doing, you’ve made it harder
