Unreliable, poorly executed

This is one of the worse apps I have ever used. It crashes frequently on start up and sometimes midway through tests, it fails to load screens frequently, and it doesn’t display the full text for answers on the next-gen style questions. How they get away with billing this much for an app that feels like an unfinished product is insane. Unfortunately my school requires this abomination, I viscerally hate that I had to give them money since clearly they aren’t using it to make a good product.

Can’t watch videos

When I open the app to rewatch the video content, a pop up shows, asking to play the next video or “close”
Why can’t I rewatch the videos on the app? That is very frustrating.

Technology issues

I am currently using the Hurst Review. As much as I love it, the technological issues are making the experience super hard to put up with. I downloaded the app, watch all the speciality videos, and they are not marked as complete. Also on the app, it told me that I could not take the readiness exam. I then attempted to go to google and safari, and once it loaded, it said page is expired. Finally, I moved to Firefox, and while better, I am still having issues with seeing my readiness exam report. The drag and drops on the readiness exam do not drag into the boxes. I ended up having to switch to my phone to finish the exam. Creating questions (case study, Standalone, etc) is also not loading on Firefox so Im constantly going back and forth from app and Firefox to see which one will load my questions.
