I recently downloaded Hush Nag Block onto my MacBook Air, and so far, I’m really happy with it! I haven’t noticed a huge difference simply because I’m not on my MacBook nearly as often as I used to be. However, when I do use my MacBook, I’ve definitely noticed that I’m not seeing nearly as many annoying pop-up ads as I used to. So far, it seems to be doing exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I’m excited to keep using it! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Extremely suspect
Wrote an update on 7/25/26 and it looks like it was removed.
Well, Up until two days ago, once installed, it completely disappeared; you literally couldn’t even find it let alone add it to certain profiles or even see what permissions it was requesting. I guarantee this extension has been active in the shadows of tons of users’ browsers for months…
Absolutely do not install this app.

Not Pleased
Isn’t the whole point of this thing to block cookie consent pop overs? Maybe I’m crazy, but… it just doesn’t work.
Hasn’t been working as of late.

Only blocker I need
Ignored Hush for years. When the "leading" blockers stopped blocking, I tried it. Now the only one that's being used. Page rendering is not great as while ads are blocked, frames remain. So you get a lot of empty spaces. But you don't get ads and annoyances.
Excellent, but…
The one annoyance I have with it is that it causes location autocomplete in Google Calendar to not work. I have to temporarily disable it every time I want to add an event and have the address auto-fill.
