Terrible!
Sewnet doesn’t support the app, and it seldom works! I deleted it and reloaded today, per instructions from Sewnet, it sees my machine but the screen is gray or it says machine not in sew out when it is!! So frustrating! One of the reasons I purchased this expensive machine!!
Hardly ever works
It has monitored my work about twice out of the dozen times I’ve tried it. It tells me my machine isn’t stitching or most of the time it seems entirely inactive. Always a waste of effort try to use it. But when it works, it’s cool.
Disappointed
I used this app ALL the time. BUT now it has quit working. Please fix this app.
Mysewnet
When mySewMonitor replaced mysewnet I lost ability to connect with my machine. Hope they get this bug fixed!!
Notifications not working
Before update my epic would notify me a thread changes or breaks now nothing. Please fix! Update. It is sending notifications slowly but the problem was my internet slowed down.
Too much effort
It doesn’t work if I turn my machine on first.
Phone shuts down
Design positioning works perfect on my iPad but on my iPhone. Every time I take a picture of the hoop, the app shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have logged out and back in. I even reset my phone but no luck.
Doesn’t work iPhone 8 epic 1
This was working before, now I just updated and it won’t see my machine. It shows the machine but it’s running and the app doesn’t see it please UPDATE

Great tool, VERY day to use, hopefully update to firmware of original EPIC this would be exceptional tool!

No notifications anymore
Since the last update the app does not notify when there is a thread change or bobbin is low. I have an IPhone SE. Very disappointed in this app.
Notification does not work with Apple Watch Series 3
App notified me when using Apple Watch series 1 but, since purchasing series 3, notification stopped working. When was the last time your app was updated to include Apple Watch series 3? I have never seen any updates for this app.
No notifications
Love the app but am not receiving notifications on my iPhone anymore. Hopefully it will be fixed.

I Have a Iphone 6 Plus and a Brand New Mac Air
Doesnt work for me. I am so sad!
Vibrate
It works, it does let me know, however, it does not notify by sound or vibration. I only know if I look at my watch or iphone. I'm usually working on more than one thing at a time, and to me being notified means a tap on the shoulder or a vibrate or sound on the phone.
Unless I am missing something, and I have searched everything, I would love a real notification update.
