Can’t login
Reset of pw works and can login to the site but not via the app. Looks like the app might be broken?
Unable to login
From the multiple reviews mentioning the impossibility of logging into the app, I have realized that it’s probably no longer supported or updated. There is no mention of this on their website or from Customer Support, who instead push for a website login. Currently, I am unable to log in using the website either; I hope it’s just temporary, but it’s still a waste of money as I pay monthly and can’t get the code.

App is broken
Cannot sign in on app. I can sign onto the website but the app just wont work
Terrible design
This app is a great idea, but when I wanted to use it I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to buy a gym pass then gave up
USELESS APP
How have Hussle managed to turn a perfectly good app, into a non-functioning one???
Bad user design, info missing (eg the FAQs have disappeared) and unable to purchases passes.

Access not working
The concept is good but the app don’t always generate the code, leading to sometime not being able to get in the gym…
Also you can’t use the self access to get in the gym like a regular member, you have to wait someone and ask them to check your code (when it works) on the computer and when no one is at the reception you just have to wait…

Great service, but can’t buy passes in app, so what’s the point?
TERRIBLE APP!
I’m paying £65 a month and this is the useless access to loads of gyms provided!!! I’m shocked and HUGELY disappointed!!! Seriously Hussle, you’re taking the piss. Provide your users with the correct level of access to gyms, classes and services.

App doesn’t recognise my password so reset it and it takes you to the website and I can login no problem, however try app again and it still doesn’t recognise my password. 1/10

You can no longer buy passes in the app. It doesn’t work, even when you search from the map view.

The app no longer accepts email login so you have to access your gym passes via the website, which makes the app redundant! I’m not sure why they have ruined this basic functionality on the app to make it unusable

When it launched it had great potential, but can’t buy day passes on demand, the app functionality is so basic anything advanced is directed to their website
Should change the name to HASSLE
Formally a great app, however can no longer pay. Directs to a website, which struggles to take payment - so infuriating as once was a fantastic app :-(
