Must do better
The app looks like it was created in about 30 mins. No name recognition. Clunky payment process back and forth with the website. Payment doesn’t work most of the time. Can’t work out why they made it so poorly. Even the forgotten password emails don’t arrive. If there was an alternative for the gym I sometimes use I would switch. Surely a great app won’t help Hussle to lead the market. Very poor

Slow & Buggy
Awful app. Terribly slow and limited features. You have to use the website to get, to be fair, excellent gym memberships. App lets Hussle down.
Used to highly rate the app but now almost non usable
Used to be easy to purchase passes but now unable to do that and no longer works as it should. Big shame. It was my go to when working out the area but now it’s absolutely pointless

Minutes, find a gym, open the app, go to the website, find a gym, click self check in; no gyms in your area, even thought there is, begin again.. why is there no option to just pay for the pass?? This seems like a pretty basic requirement..

It seems the app is just a gateway to the website. I can’t get any passes or prices on the app

Can’t login
Reset of pw works and can login to the site but not via the app. Looks like the app might be broken?
Unable to login
From the multiple reviews mentioning the impossibility of logging into the app, I have realized that it’s probably no longer supported or updated. There is no mention of this on their website or from Customer Support, who instead push for a website login. Currently, I am unable to log in using the website either; I hope it’s just temporary, but it’s still a waste of money as I pay monthly and can’t get the code.

This app is a great idea, but when I wanted to use it I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to buy a gym pass then gave up

Access not working
The concept is good but the app don’t always generate the code, leading to sometime not being able to get in the gym…
Also you can’t use the self access to get in the gym like a regular member, you have to wait someone and ask them to check your code (when it works) on the computer and when no one is at the reception you just have to wait…

Great service, but can’t buy passes in app, so what’s the point?
TERRIBLE APP!
I’m paying £65 a month and this is the useless access to loads of gyms provided!!! I’m shocked and HUGELY disappointed!!! Seriously Hussle, you’re taking the piss. Provide your users with the correct level of access to gyms, classes and services.

App doesn’t recognise my password so reset it and it takes you to the website and I can login no problem, however try app again and it still doesn’t recognise my password. 1/10
