Pésima aplicación

No sirve ni esta aplicación ni la version web. Ya iba a canjear mi hipoteca verde. No hagan sus tramites se hipoteca verde por que no dan solucion a nada y ya es un programa viejo y no todos te lo quieren canjear llevamos meses en esto y si nones una cosa es otra. Terrible situacion!
