Impossible to use
The app doesn’t fit onto an iPad screen so I couldn’t manage to create an account - so I downloaded it onto my Mac and tried there and couldn’t create an account even when I could get everything on the screen - I’ve given up
Can't even log in
I've created a account on the sight and redownloaded this app I tryed to log in, But I couldn't login. The issue is clicking "sign in" when your info is correct, and the button not allowing your sign in with nothing reported

Doesn’t support low vision iOS features
I am incredibly disappointed by this app.
if I use larger text, I cannot reach the button to create an account.
The text for a lot of the input fields In account log in or creation is gray on white.
Some of the text in this app is orange on white.
It’s not possible to put this in any kind of a dark mode. This app is made by people making access technology for low vision and blind people but it clearly was not built for that purpose.
I can’t even use smart invert to invert the colors on the phone to make this better.
I think the content of the app could be incredibly useful, but I can’t see how a less savvy low vision person could have even created an account and using it with that bright white screen gives me an eye strain headache.

Cannot even create an account, what’s going on human wear?
Can’t even create an account.I kept tapping the create button with voice over and it didn’t work. I even asked A sighted person to help me but they cannot even find the create button visually. I turned off the voice over on the check box still didn’t work
App doesn’t load consistently

Every time I open up this app for iOS, it never loads consistently, or fast. It keeps giving me an error message in different languages saying “network request failed.” Please either fix this app, or give it a new update to resolve this issue.

The app does not open
On my iPhone I open the app and get an error. App is completely unuseable as it is now.
App doesn’t load
I downloaded this app again today and noticed that the app doesn’t load and I get an unrecognizable error message
Does not work
Could you please fix the app. It could be such a wonderful resource.
Human way products app
This is a good app and I hope that human would continue like this and I hope people with would like this app people who are like me visually impaired and blind

The app doesn’t work
Great concept but the app does not work. When you open it it just stays on the status bar and does nothing else
Will not work on my iPad.
I installed the app today. It keeps telling me that it has an unrecognized token. It won’t let me do anything with the app. Please fix this. I’m calling HumanWare!!

What’s wrong with this program? I downloaded it launched it. And got a message that said network request failed. I am using iOS 14.04 and on an iPhone 11. I wanted to find out how to use the Braille note touch.
Problems with the app
Hello, the app is very accessible. But how ever, it’s doesn’t work when you go to create an account. It lets me put all the details nearest thing, but when you click create account it doesn’t do anything. But other than that it’s a great app it just needs some of provement’s.
Flashes an error message for a moment and then goes to a blank screen.
I heard great things about this app, but am am unable to utilize it because it immediately crashes upon opening.
Great app, but doesn't work
This is a really good app, I've used it before, but I just tried opening it and it doesn't work. It just keeps taking me to my status bar and I can't do anything with the app, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still doesn't work.
Still doesn’t work
Still not useable. I have updated to the latest update on everything. It does not work on my ipad or iphone. Still get white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Even wiped out ipad, still did not work.
Great app to grab all your manuals you’re looking for
A friend of mine told me about this app today and I decided to check it out. There’s only one small complaint when creating an account. That is to check the box that says that you agree to the terms and conditions that human wear has laid out and the user agreement. In order to get around this, I had to turn off voiceover and then check the box. Once I found that it was checked, I turn voiceover back on. Would you be able to fix this in another update? Also we’re looking at the guides for braille displays or Victor reader stream why do you look at one section and then have to go back to find another part of the manual or manuals you’re interested in?
