Issue started today
The thermostat displays the correct indoor temperatures and remains connected to Wi-Fi. The Hx app can change heating and cooling setpoints, and the thermostat responds immediately. However, beginning today, the app displays incorrect indoor temperatures for both zones while the thermostat itself shows the correct temperatures.

No longer works with Google Home
No support for months now. Customer support (once I finally reached someone) blamed Google. No update. Had I know this, I would have bought a different HVAC. Never had a problem with Nest.
SAVE YOURSELF! - now it doesn’t work at all.
I’m going to call the supplier and get this thermostat replaced. Very expensive trash.
App and thermostat are completely junk!
Id give less than a zero for stars! App always logs me out and loses connection and not even available to log in. The thermostat is the biggest piece of garbage ive ever experienced not to mention expensive. Thermostat temperature is way off and not even close to what it actually is. The York system and customer service is beyond terrible and wont even talk a customer. Never ever buy this garbage its an expensive paper weight!

Horrible
I wish my air conditioner company would have never used this app. The recent update has made it worse and I can no longer use it. It is the worse app ever. They blame the update on a domain problem but that was months ago and they have never updated it since. I am so frustrated with them.
Imagine having to re-sync your Bluetooth speaker every time you want to use it.

Absolutely not user friendly
The limit of one email address and 2FA being required for any login make this one of the least user friendly applications out there.
Connectivity Issues
I was loving this app, but it frequently logs me out and I have to send a verification email each time to gain access again.

Deserves zero stars
The app has taken to requiring multiple logins over a very short period of time, sometimes as little as five minutes apart. Each login changes the password so forget about saving that info. The thermostat itself gets the same rating if only a little better. Can’t change it out due to system mfgr. Yuck.

Can’t login
Lost my ability to log into the app after 5 years of using it and it won’t send me an email to let me log in. They told me to delete the thermostat (how exactly if I can’t log in?) and disconnect the thermostat from the internet. Now the thermostat is disconnected, the app still doesn’t work and I can’t reconnect it. Worst app and thermostat I’ve ever used.

Notifications not working; wifi connect stalls
With all the money this company has they should fix this bug ridden app.
Have they moved to another app??
My heat pump and furnace was so expensive, then to have to move from nest to the Johnson HX thermostat was such a downgrade. If I use another thermostat like nest or ecobee, I would lose features like fan speed control. This would be after spending lots more to rewire for those thermostats. At least this one worked ok, but now it doesn’t even open. So disappointed in my choice of heat pump and thermostat.

Cannot connect
Been over a year now and this thermostat will still not connect. It will connect to the Internet, but the app will not connect me to the thermostat. I have tried so many times and still can’t get connected. Very frustrating. Please assist.
