Doesn’t even work to pay for a wash
Worst app ive ever used!!
Nonstop errors… WILL NOT accept payments of any kind… tried eight different cards and would not accept any and will nit let me pay to renew… zero customer service help of any kind and zero response to multiple developer emails. Literally the worst app ive ever seen
Don’t buy
Awful service. App scans and registers the wash request as successful and then never turns on the wash.

More than half the time something is wrong with these car washes.
Rip off
I got charged more in the app than I would’ve. If I just bought it at the kiosk doesn’t make much sense. I won’t use the app again.
Don’t fall for it!
I paid for a car wash and NONE of the bays were operable. Typical of Hy-Vee these days.
Very inconsistent
I’ve had numerous issues of the all not working and even bays being available. Went today and every single one was blocked off.

5 steps before activation
It takes 5 steps before the wash is activated!!! You only need one step, scan QR and done. Especially you know by tracking my phone i’m physically at location AND scanning the QR.

Great Car Wash - when it works.
I recently signed up and the last two-three days the soft touch in Lakeville has been broken down. This is frustrating when you carve out time to get it done. Otherwise the wash part is great!!

How to add a car?
The app is working pretty good except for once you go through it the first time, there’s no way to add another car that I can figure out. This app needs a “Contact Us” button. ;-)
Works okay
Certain wash bays at the Hy-Vee in Shakopee never work with the app and you find yourself having to move around often to find one that connects. Very inconvenient when other cars pull up behind you and you have to ask them to move.
App does not give Wednesday $7 washes
On Wednesdays my HyVee’s car washes all levels cost $7 as a sale. But the app doesn’t reflect this. The app still gives normal prices. Bad app.
Cant cancel
I cant cancel my membership. I have call the store, gas station and 800 number. Also sent 5 emails to two different email addresses. Help!
Privacy concern
No phone number should be needed to get car washes. Be ware of shady data collection.
Terrible
Cant cancel membership. Doesn’t work at barely any of the hyvees. They could be making some money if they would roll out and use it at every Hy-Vee. Their loss
