Garbage
App hasn’t been updated for several years. A similar app worked fine for my system, but a new phone made that app go away, as it was no longer in the App Store. This app states 12.1 or higher. We’re way past that, and now if in multi camera view, the images hop all over the place. The only view that is stable is a single camera view. These developers are the same clowns who sell marginal quality systems as well.

Useless
The app is useless. We recently had break ins on our block and I can’t replay to see what happened because the app keeps cutting off after 10 seconds.
Cameras won’t work on iPhone13
App worked on the iPhone X just fine. Upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and cameras constantly swap around when in 4, 9, or 16 camera view. Need this app when away from home. Would like to see the app fixed.

App crashes constantly
Have used this app for a couple years with no problems. Within the last 6 months, it seems like anytime I try to view a playback of the security cameras, the app crashes within a couple seconds. Completely frustrating to the point of truly upsetting. I need this for my business.
What happened
I have the latest iPhone and iPad and this crappy app keeps flipping off. Update it or get rid of it.
App closes after 30 seconds
Very like the previous review when I open the app after 30 seconds or so the app closes. It’s not enough time to properly review. It was fine up until a few months ago.
Won’t connect on Apple devices
Works ok on Android, but this company seems to have a problem doing anything for iOS and Mac. Buggy even on other platforms. This company only offers support through resellers, so good luck getting any support from this developer, and they don’t seem to care that their app crashes constantly or the app malfunctions 100 percent of the time.

Issue with App on iPhone13 Pro Max
We’ve always relied on these cameras but with the new phones the cameras all constantly flipping… when we try to view a video from the replay it ends up closing out the app. We’ve had this app for almost 4 years now and have never had an issue until now. These phones have been out for a few months now, will there be an update to the app to support iOS 15.2?

Issue when upgraded to IPhone 13
Have used Hybix without many issues, other than IP address changes, since 2017. Provides reliable video and playback until IPhone 13 change. Cameras constantly flipping. Still records fine so the app is issue with video.
iPhone 13 Pro Ios15
On prior iPhone IOS’ we haven’t had any issues; however, with the new IPhone 13 in ios15, our cameras are jumping every 1/4 of a second and scrolling through each of the camera and not staying on the same camera display.

App Constantly Crashes
Not sure what happened but app became pretty unstable recently. Crashes often when zooming in & really slow when switching cameras.
Downloading of video and snap shots still not working on iPhone
App shuts down every time I try to save videos and snapshots to my iPhone. This has been brought to tech supports attention. This did not work on my iPhone 6s, nor on my 8s.

Awful. Crashes a lot
I have an iPhone 6s Plus and this app has been crashing a lot when I use it. When I try to use the playback feature it just closes out. Not happy with this product

Noises and dogs barking don’t get me out of bed anymore! I zoom in and check out everything

This is the only app that lets me see all my 16 channels during playback on my iPhone! Easy and fast

Does not work on IPhone
This app does not work on iPhone over the data network. It will only work over a wireless connection. Do not purchase a hybix DVD if you need to remotely view live images using your iPhone as it will not work! Bad software!
