Best charge capture
I have tried all the so called solutions out there. This is the only one that I would actually call a solution!!!

I have called support on 2 occasions, one I quickly realized was user error, one was a bug that was fixed within 2hours of reporting it. As painful as support calls usually are, this was a completely different experience. Both representatives were easy to understand, took security very seriously in accessing my account, listened to my problem without transferring me, and followed up, as they said they would. I love the app as well, but I really want to complement this team on excellent customer service.

Great App! More than charge capture.
This application has changed our practice. We were losing follow ups, losing charges, and disconnected from our EHR. Our account manager got us onboarded, we started seeing drastic improvements immediately. Complete connection and visibility into my practice management software, and reduced a ton of coding errors from our billing team. Our doctors can see directly into the patient chart while they are with the patient. The desktop is super easy to use, and the built-in communication has given us direct access to our providers. The automation is great, and our team couldn't operate without this software.

Hospital Lists do not load properly
Or at all. I reached out to our tech at our group and they said nothing wrong with the server. Tried different internet connections but kept getting ‘no internet connection ‘ message. Tried deleting and reinstalling. A shame because the app itself is nice and when it works it does what it’s supposed to do.

Fix “use photo” on iOS devices
Constantly crashes the app, only captures a photo of the face sheet 1 out of 10 times. Also, needs name recognition when typing in demographics. Android has it. Missing it on iOS. Otherwise has gotten rid of most paper for me for billing
