The app simply does not work on my or any of my family’s iPhones. We are here now and the app is useless.
To much experience
Now they though they are the only one externally in London compared to last year’s every year increase price of entry tickets and rides also
I did’t receive any tickets
I purchased three adults. The money has been taken from my bank account, but the tickets do not appear in the app!! Also, i did receive any email with the tickets.

Like others have reported, I open the app and am immediately presented with a page saying “see you next year”. I can’t get past this page. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times.

i’ve just bought my tickets on the website and i always find the app useful i just redownloaded it and even though Winter Wonderland is open the app doesn’t work and is still on the page saying welcome back next year PLEASE FIX IT
Not updated since last year!
The event is now open and I have booked tickets for December 2025. Unfortunately the app hasn't been updated since last year as the app says “Thank you for attending Winter Wonderland, See you next year!”
Terrible app and comms
Like others I have downloaded and deleted a number of times to try and fix the bug where the app start up page says ‘see you next year…’ tried to contact someone and got nowhere. For such an expensive experience it’s really poor. One star as I cannot give it minus and it won’t allow me to post this otherwise.

winter wonderland app
not working at the moment. love this app and is helpful when i go winter wonderland, but i uninstalled it last year and since winter wonderland has opened i’ve installed again but it is saying “See you next year” even though WWL is open at the moment. please fix this bug.
Magic link not so magic
Tried to open the “magic link” sent to mail box so many times but will not open in app. Lots of people experiencing same problem nothing done, if you can’t log in app is pointless.

Trying to book the pizza and it keeps booking me at 11.45 time slot which I don’t want

I used the app to purchase tickets and then navigate through the event. It was a great experience to have everything in one place. The map worked great and I loved the recommendations!
