Misdirection
It’s not going to take a picture of what you want and make it a video it’s going to make a whole new video of somebody else. It is false advertising. I want my money back.

Video didn’t keep settings once I hit create so had to do same video twice and used points both time also can’t delete the wrong video.
I paid for the app and it wouldn’t work.
It took my money but keeps acting as if I didn’t procure the service. I did. Intermittent at best

If I could give this, no stars, I absolutely would. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out how to use the app.
Then it took another five to ten minutes to make the video once I actually figured. oh, and let’s not forget you have to purchase credits first without even knowing the quality of product you’re getting.
And once you purchase the credits, it eats up so many making one video, you’ll end up using a whole month worth of credits just trying to make one or two videos.
It’s absolutely not worth it, and I would find another app to use.

Subscription Problem with Zero Response
I accidentally subscribed to the one-week membership and tried to restore/cancel it immediately, but the restore function didn’t respond at all. I also contacted customer support but never received any reply. This is very frustrating. I didn’t use a single credit after the accidental subscription, yet there was no support or solution provided. I hope the team can improve the support system and make subscription management clearer and more responsive.

Freezing up
I was so excited about using this app. It froze up on me. It’s been processing for 9 hours. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but still same thing… I can’t use it. But have been charged points and can’t use the videos. I emailed support. I have not had a response.
