While their physical product is flawless, the app is terrible. For starters, you have to keep logging back in every time you exit out of the app, which ends up being multiple times over the course of a project - when there shouldn't even be a password. Even CashApp doesn't require this. Second, this thing isn't intuitive; it's very confusing and requires so much text input to test anything that i gave up and went back to pen/paper.

Hi you need to log in to your dashboard at dashboard.hydrajaws.co.uk, go to manage licences then next to your name you will see an edit button. Click this and tick the box for app access required. Save and you are good to go!
