Complaint about late response
I ordered some few items a while ago and I got a notification that says I will be informed when they have received the order?how long does it take to confirm when your customers will get their items?4 hours,the last time I ordered I had to call and ask them when the goods will be delivered they said they are sorry they were going to call me it’s just that they ddnt have some of the items?after a day then u waited for me to call funny thing I had done the express delivery but I ddnt get the things on time and again I had to be the one calling to confirm that’s only when they apologized 🤦♀️so I guess with this order also I have to call again to confirm if they got the order or no 🤦♀️

App not working
I can not access the app. Every time I open it , I’m being told to download the latest version. But it’s already up to date, I’ve tried multiple times. I can’t get in the app

I try opening app and it gives me notifications to download new app - I click on download it takes me to App Store which shows ‘90en” not update and when I open it just remains on opening H page
So not updating and not downloading so can’t use ap at all

Ordered the Pokora chicken
the roti came with it was dry and hard not edible. The Russians were burnt brown. It looked like my order was all old food reheated and served 😢
