No Accessibility Settings??
1. Accessibility settings lacking - the app ignores iOS settings. The font is tiny, even with display zoom on. For a hospital app to ignore accessibility is bad.
2. There should be a way for epic to know we’re on call (they do - in hypercare) and not allow overnight pages when not on call. However the default is always “Available”. We should be able to set a schedule.
Response from developer
Thank you for the feedback. We're glad to hear Hypercare is a much better experience for you than carrying a traditional pager! We take feedback regarding user experience very seriously, and our team is actively evaluating how we can better accommodate native accessibility configurations as well as options for status scheduling. In the meantime, you can absolutely prevent overnight pages when you are off-call by toggling your availability status to "Unavailable" in your profile. We'd love to assist you with this at support@hypercare.com or +1 (877) 379-3533.
