Hi Alice, sorry you don't like the app. You can try this and all our apps completely free with the 7 Day Free Trial. We only want people to purchase who like the style and approach and can benefit from it. If you want a refund just contact Apple and they will sort it out for you.
Terrible to cancel

You can cancel the subscription easily in your Apple subscriptions like any other app. We only want people to purchase after using the free trial and deciding that it is the right fit for them. The pricing is explained in the store and on the app. There is also a link in the app to explain how to manage subscriptions as well. The subscription, including the free trial, which doesn’t have to be the £49.99 yearly option, also gives you access to all 9 Harmony apps which compliment and support this one both before and after birth. A subscription gives you access to all 9 Harmony apps many of which complement and enhance the sessions on this one. You can also try this app and all others completely free for 7 days. We only want you to purchase once you’ve decided the programme is valuable to you. Hope that helps.

You can try the app, which covers all aspects of birth, free for one week. We only want you to purchase having tested the app out for free and seeing if the style works for you. A subscription, including the free week, also gives you access to all 9 Harmony apps with hundreds of relaxation, health and positivity sessions that could benefit listeners both before and after giving birth. Hi Rida, Paola has endeavoured to cover all aspects of birth in the app which also includes her book in digital format. But if there's something you think is missing just let us know and we'll look into it. You can use all our other apps as well as part of your subscription. You need to login, not create new account on the other apps, and just skip the payment page if it shows up because all will be unlocked anyway. It is explained in the Hypnobirthing app but if you're having any issues just message us at support@hypnosisappstore.com and we'll be happy to help you out.

Hi Jess the app is free and comes with a free relaxation session. If you like Paola’s style you can then choose to purchase the full app. This is not hidden but explained on the App Store page as well as in the app itself. Hope that helps.

I wouldn’t buy again & want my money back
I’m sure Paola is good as an instructor but this app alone is pretty useless and I feel a bit mid-sold tbh. For £9 you’d expect to get a lot more.
Truthfully I want my money back.

I expected more content for the price

It is explained in detail on the AppStore exactly what’s in the the app. You can also download free, try the free session to see if it’s right for you and see the other sessions, which cover most eventualities, that are included in the in app purchase. However if you missed all that I would suggest you contact iTunes who can refund you. If you have questions on how best to use the app email info@hypnosisappstore.com and we will help you out.

Really useful
I listen to the 45 min hypnobirthing programme I am so relaxed I feel as though I have slept through it, only to discover I have woken up immediately after the programme has finished. I’ve had some difficulty sleeping as have been getting more uncomfortable and found that the 20 min programme for this is enough to get me to sleep or put me back to sleep. Now that I’m at 40 weeks I’m using the overdue programme so hope this is just as effective. I seen some comments regarding the accent being off putting. I’m from the UK so didn’t find the pretty generic English accent offputting at all and actually found it relaxing and soothing. For £8 it has been well worth the money for me.
