Confusing app, not worth subscription
Annoyed I wasted money on this app. Free there isn’t much content for Hypnobirthing and even paid for there seemed to be only one general Hypnobirthing video and it’s 45 mins long so not very practical. I also found the teacher a bit overbearing but know that’s personal some might find her tone helpful. Much better ones out there. I’d keep searching.

Terrible to cancel
This app is impossible to cancell! Company is trying to claim £50 after 7 day trial which is unacceptable.
Expensive
I’m not spending £10 a month on that. That’s absolutely ridiculous. There’s far better apps out there.
Not worth it
Found the subscription way too expensive for what you get and in fact the voice is irksome. Have found others that are free and soft, relaxing voices. Don’t buy.
Amazing hypno coach!!
Listened to it while giving birth, for severL hours, completely had me focused but relaxed and in tune with my body. Had a beautiful birth, her voice was huge for me to stay focused on.
Pretty sure it works!
I went into preterm labor with my twins and ended up needing an emergency c-section at 31 weeks. I had been listening to these recordings during my second and third trimester- once a week and increasing to 2-3 times/week. I was so calm through the crazy unplanned birth process and I don't think I would have handled it all so well without these recordings!

Worst app ever
Avoid this app. For the price it offers nothing at all. It also claims that I can use other apps for free using the same log in details, which I have tried and tested and still cannot access with paying for another subscription. This is a rip off and I am getting my refund back!

App kicks you out
I tried to use the app and it kicked me out every 1-5 minutes. I’ll keep looking for a good hypnobirthing app.

It worked fine until I paid the $8.99 for the Hypnobirthing audios. As soon as I did that it kept crashing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and it kept doing the same thing. So now I’ve paid and cannot use it. It shuts down 5 secs after opening it.. Frustrating...
Hidden costs
I wish it would be clear that you pay for the app and then need to pay again to access most of the sessions. When you pay for the app you only get the intro and one meditation which isn’t anything better than you get by googling meditation. Very frustrating and should be made clear initially.

I wouldn’t buy again & want my money back
I was really keen on doing Hypnobirthing and there aren’t a lot of good options on app. I paid the £8.99 thinking it would be a session(s) to guide me on my actual birth, but it’s really just a guided meditation that provides affirmations. Doesn’t include Hypnobirthing breathing techniques or really anything of value to use during labour. And the first half of the 45min Hypnobirthing session is just about relaxation. I have a free relaxation guided meditation app already. I could have just used that. So basically I paid £9 for a 20min meditation.
I’m sure Paola is good as an instructor but this app alone is pretty useless and I feel a bit mid-sold tbh. For £9 you’d expect to get a lot more.

I expected more content for the price
I definitely feel ripped off after purchasing the full version. The content was ok, but not worth the price tag. Not many tracks at all. Basically 1 for the actual birth and if it didn’t have what you wanted then I guess that’s too bad.

I have just tried to do the relaxation meditation but I am founding difficult to relax as i feel like the lady who is speaking is doing it very rushed and it’s difficult to follow her. Can someone advise if the Hypnobirthing session is done by the same lady in the same way before I commit to pay?
Really useful
I bought this app 2 weeks ago at 38 weeks pregnant as wanted to try some hypnobirthing but couldn’t find anything suitable. This has really worked for me - so much so, that every time
I listen to the 45 min hypnobirthing programme I am so relaxed I feel as though I have slept through it, only to discover I have woken up immediately after the programme has finished. I’ve had some difficulty sleeping as have been getting more uncomfortable and found that the 20 min programme for this is enough to get me to sleep or put me back to sleep. Now that I’m at 40 weeks I’m using the overdue programme so hope this is just as effective. I seen some comments regarding the accent being off putting. I’m from the UK so didn’t find the pretty generic English accent offputting at all and actually found it relaxing and soothing. For £8 it has been well worth the money for me.

Hypnobirthing works!!

The woman’s voice is not at all soothing. As someone who frequently uses sleep hypnosis audios, this is not what you’d expect from a Hypnobirthing audio. Not really worth the money at all to be honest. Only two audios I can use that relate to me. Can’t believe I paid for it.
