Test drive at-home doesn’t work at all
I tried several cities and zip codes, the app always showed that your area is not supported to pick-up. It’s just a bait for marketing and a waste of time for the costumers. Hyundai shouldn’t advertise at-home test drive if it doesn’t plan to do so.
Easier than walking into a dealership
I was able to browse different models and specs and easily schedule a appointment at my local dealer.
FAIL : Pick Me Up Test Drive
The pick me up for test drive seems to be a bait and switch marketing gimmick. Tried requesting test drive with multiple local dealerships/different dates/times and none of them were available. Clearly the dealerships are not keen to do this. Why even offer this feature on the app? The chat messaging doesn’t work either.

This could be really cool, but the video is way too short and it is out of focus with no way to adjust.
The IONIQ VR is a cool idea.
We were recently mailed a package for the IONIQ Virtual Reality Test Drive. It looked amazing, and it worked perfectly. It was difficult, though, since the app only gives you 5 seconds to read multiple sets of instructions. I had to restart the Test Drive again and again just to have enough time to read and understand what to do. Then I finally got it; I was doing the Test Drive. Then I realize my phone is upside-down in the headset. So, I exit the Drive and flip my phone over.
That’s when it pretends that I don’t have a headset.
It’s not good that it’s so hard to experience the thing and yet you can only do it once. I get a small part of a confusing experience that I do incorrectly and then it doesn’t let me fix the problem.
I know the experience would be great if I were to be able to actually have it properly.

USELESS
Useless app. Just makes you download it for no reason they don't fallow through at all. False advertisement. Don't waste your time
