Down loaded the app after seeing them on TikTok. Works well. I used 174hz for 30 seconds and it really helped my stress. I’ve done a bit of research on frequency healing and this app was cheap and easy to use. The tones are a bit weird compared to normal meditation music as these are just one tone but for me it hit the stress spot much quicker. Thanks guys. 10/10 for a app that actually has worked. Strongly recommend

Sound therapy
Highly recommend to detox of frequency’s. Helps a lot when I’m stressed to re fresh my mind…it’s exactly like the MIB film where they get the pen out and say …. Look right here FLASH. Really makes a difference for me. I recommend 174 and 396… 45s to 1 min is where it’s at.. thanks guys. I have 2 of your other apps send really impressed so far..
