Immensely Helpful

I've been using this app for about a month and finding it immensely helpful. I set up two goals using statements I selected from the ones supplied with the app, and selected music to go with each goal. Running through just 5 minutes of the goal statements helps me feel more positive, confident, and capable of achieving my goals.

I especially enjoy the notifications I set up to receive throughout the day. The statements included in the app are perfect reminders for me as I work toward my goals. Thanks so much for creating this app!
