I&C Pro is a comprehensive calculator toolkit built by a working power plant commissioning engineer, for instrumentation and control (I&C) engineers who work at the plant. No spreadsheets or reference tables — every calculation you need is one tap away.

■ Level Compensator — the heart of this release
Saturated water and steam change density sharply with pressure, so a DP level transmitter does not read the true level without density compensation. Level Compensator computes the difference.
- Two DCS algorithms: Siemens T3000 LEVEL block (ID 605) and Emerson Ovation LEVELCOMP
- Four vessels: HP heater, LP heater, flash tank, HRSG steam drum — each with its own schematic
- Built on IAPWS-IF97 steam tables (Regions 1/2/4)
- Enter DP, mA or a sight-glass reading — the signal chain resolves either direction
- Gauge-glass density correction, shown as a reference for how low the glass reads
- DCS zero offset, alarm setpoints, and display end-stop handling
- Per-project configuration profiles
Verified against real plant operating data — from 1 bar to 200 bar, across two DCS vendors, including a full day of 2880 samples.
■ Key features
- Fully offline — works inside plant networks with no connectivity
- Live calculation — results update as you type
- Guidance panel on every calculator — purpose, inputs, formula and field tips
- 10 languages — English, 한국어, Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia, 中文(简体), العربية, Español, Français, Português, Русский
- Project profiles — save and recall setups on the configuration-heavy calculators
- Grounded in real field work — used on site by the engineer who wrote it
■ Who it is for
- Power plant commissioning engineers
- Instrumentation and control staff at refineries and chemical plants
- Instrument maintenance and calibration technicians
- Nuclear, thermal, combined-cycle and solar generation professionals
- I&C students and instructors
Built by a field engineer, for field engineers.
- Speed Probe & Teeth: compares the rpm that different tooth counts produce from the same pulses — diagnoses redundant probes that share constants and fail together.
