App not working
The app was working but suddenly stop. Every time I try to link the cameras the app crashes. I have emailed the support team on several occasions but nobody responds. Tried to access the online support but is not in English.
Notification to phone doesn’t work , no one to contact yo ask problem
Camera is working and sending video but it is not notifying us at the time. No one yo contact yo discuss error

Je n’arrive pas à déclencher la visio lorsque je suis sur l’application.
Écran noir total sur les 2 caméras.
Il n’y a aucune notice non plus pour savoir.

Batteries
The batteries don’t last long solar doesn’t charge them I have replaced batteries 2 times and both times they go dead within a few days and for some reason I can’t charge them on my charger the camera does something to them and the batteries aren’t cheap in my opinion look for a different solar camera to buy

Please update app category so that it goes into the correct category in App Library marked as ‘Utilities’

why it’s not possible to uninstall this app once you upload it it’s stuck to your phone!
Like the app
I noticed the Timezone issue has been fixed. However, it seems the app only loads up to 20 cloud videos. It would be better if more cloud videos can be loaded or if videos stored on SD card can be checked via the app.
A bunch of crap
Worst product I have ever purchased. Used about one hour after taking 5 hours to get it connected. Solar does not work. Had to buy new batteries to start. Poor instructions, very bad translation to English. If you really want to go crazy, buy this product and try installing it. Shame on Apple for even supplying the app for this nonsense. Total waste of time and money.

Ios user here, and app cant connect immediately to the camera. I have to try at keast 10x before it shows up. Its irritating

Does not record on my iphone, it used to, but records on my ipad. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, no change.

Don't buy this camera
The camera not connecting at all it was working good for about 2 weeks can't wake up the camera manually or reset camera on reset button.

My cam keeps dripping the wifi signal. Plus I am locked OUT.
Firmware Update
Just updated to the latest Firmware and have lost all connectivity to my camera. Re-setting has no effect!!!

This has worked excellent since I got but now the app refuses to notify when someone presses the door, just had update today and now only beeps once to say someone has pressed the door, tap to view. Please fix
