Ios16看影片時畫面不能放大，之前IOS都沒以上問題，可不可以改進一下？

I got this to back-up files in case of iPad failure. When I connected it to my iPad, it said "tidying up". The Tidying was my entire iPad! It deleted ALL my files! The fact that this could even happen means this software should NEVER be used!

Photo seems not fully downloaded
Whenever i try to transfer the photos from my phone to the usb, it looks like its not fully downloaded. Pls do something about it.

Wrong decision to get this!!
I trusted the flash drive and app. Lost 1000s of important pix after backups done fm my iPhone and no way of accessing them!! The drive won’t recognise or work plugged in mobile. Why have updates for a zero product!!

It won’t even work
Hi, when I plugged in the flash drive that goes with this app, it didn’t even recognize it and said “Please insert drive” when I already did! I wanted to use this flash drive for gaming from my PS4 but the app didn’t even recognize that the drive was connected!
Unsupported app.
While other developers keep their apps updated to make sure they work properly, this company does not. App is useless. Crashes constantly. Never buy anything from this company.

Terrible App, doesn’t work properly.
The first time I connected this USB, the app crashed about 20 times in the first hour.
Never delete a photo without checking if it’s on the USB first.
I keep getting notifications that photos have now been imported, do I want the photos deleted and when I check the USB, the photos are not there.

IMPORTANT!
For the people who are having trouble with the app opening and sitting on a solid white screen....Try tapping the screen up about a half inch from the top of the screen. I’ve tested it on IPhone 6, XS Max and 2018 IPad Pro 11. All have been successful opening. You may have to uninstall and then
re-download as I had to for the XS Max. Afterwards I was able to open with just touching the screen
