Have been trying for two hours to download photos and videos. Message keeps coming up device is offline. No What the hell does that mean, I can find no reference to this in the instructions. I think this USB stick is going in the trash can, now realised I’ve wasted my money.

Every time I tried to play any mp3 file directly from the flash the app crashed
I tried everything
remove the app and download again, restart my iPhone after downloading and use another files no way the same problem app crashed
but when I tried to connect the flash to my other Samsung phone it works smoothly on android directly without app 😳

User Manual is terrible
Worst user manual I’ve ever tried to use. Complete garbage. I wasted $30 buying the flash drive
Brilliant device.
Easy to use storage is absolutely perfect I highly recommend this.
Bad software SCAM drive
The software is badly designed and badly phrased. It doesn’t match the screenshots of the directions. It’s obviously cheap Chinese more importantly, however, is the fact that the flash drive itself is a scam. It does not have the amount of advertise data the 2 TB drive that I have only has 3.74 GB.!!!! ITTER SCAM

Worst App I Have Ever Encountered
Never worked. Cannot organize uploaded content into different folders and albums once put on the device. Every action on the app crashes it. Constantly says the device is offline and cannot get into the devise settings. Basically nothing works.
Perhaps bad purchase or a problem with the app
I was able to get the app but it will not copy anything

Cannot download info from I-phone because of the above, and cannot the app to work, no further info provided, I’m sending back for refund.
LOST ALL PHOTOS / 75% of photos had gray bars all over them
Don’t use this, it’s broken , bent flimsy and worse of all it doesn’t work.

Bought the 2TB drive and it won’t even connect and be recognized by the app. Also, the app keeps crashing. Can’t even transfer photos, videos, or anything
