Why won't this app work on my iPad now?
Useless App
Does not work with reader, sytem stops, errors happen and cannot retrieve snything from i-flashHD interface. This is a -4star app and device

This app used to be very good but has utterly failed to keep up with iPhone OS. It no longer allows deletion of files and no longer allows importing PDF from email. Thus it’s functionally is poor and needs improvement!
Different on usb-c iPhones
If you have a flash drive that used to work on older (lightening) iPhones, this app will NOT work with your flash drive. But there is a work around. Get a usb-A (female)to usb-C (male)adapter or if your flash device already has a usb-C , insert it into the phone and open up the “Files” app (should be already installed on the phone). Look for a storage area called “NG name”. Should be under “On My IPhone”. If it’s not the same name then check to see what it’s called after you insert it. All your files are there though. Hope this helps!

Rubbish app
I bought this so I could save files without having to go through iTunes. There seems nothing wrong with the hardware but why oh why don’t you make an app that actually works? A pretty homescreen suggests files photos music and videos can be saved and accessed but in reality nothing works! Please please please correct this with an app that works and then this hardware could be a winner!

Stopped working
Software is current, however, the device will not allow me to open “external” files. It only opens photo files that are on my iPad. These were not stored on the device. It looks as if it is using the i-flash software to open files stored on the iPad.

I downloaded the i-FlashDevice software app. It was working great. All of a sudden it’s not working anymore. I have tried different card readers. None of them work with it. I don’t know how to contact support for this. Please advise what you think may be the problem. Thank you.

As long as my physical device is plugged in correctly, and SD cards are properly formatted. Everything works fine
I appreciate the ability to take a photo and video in the app, without the video/photo saving into my phone first. I’m able to just save it directly into the SD card.
I’ve used the app only for transferring files, and it does exactly what I need it to do, so 5/5 rating.

I think is a problem in the model but in my iphone this thing doesn’t work, it looks that doesn’t work on a 12 pro model.

App opens but then immediately crashes. Can’t read my sd card footage!

This app doesn’t work properly at all. You can’t view the photos on your sd card at all.

Pretty sure this is spyware. It asks for access to basically everything and it doesn’t even let you access the thumb drive. Useless

I love the device BUT the latest update keeps crashing while I’m looking at the memory card for iPad 4…multiple times while trying to view the field camera files
Instructions are useless
I’ve had this device for over a year. It does not tell me how to connect it to the WiFi. It’s backing up on app storage and there are no troubleshooting instructions. I do not want app backup. I want to put my iCloud Photos on a scan disk. I-FlashDevice will only let me Download to app storage. I do not want my photos there.

Too much effort!
After creating folder no files able to transfer?! Very fidgeting. User manual available but have to keep on switching forward and backwards. Sure there is a better one elsewhere . Very disappointed
